Twilight Inspired Stevie Nicks To Write New Album

It's validation time, Twilighters!
We've been waiting ten years for Stevie Nicks to bless us with new music and when we got word that she was releasing a new album in the spring, we were simply overwhelmed with joy. We also began to wonder what inspired Stevie to go back into the studio after all this time to make more music. We got our answer today:
Twilight!
This is no joke. The love between a vampire and a whiny average human girl apparently spoke to Stevie on a very deep level and she was catapulted back into songwriting mode. In the press release for the new album, In Your Dreams, she explains:
"I had written a song in Brisbane, Australia when I was on tour with Fleetwood Mac in 2009 called 'Moonlight — A Vampire's Dream' which was inspired by the 'New Moon' film. When I finished writing that song, which came together really quickly, I knew the time was right to start recording. We had a core group of five people who were at the heart of the creation of 'In Your Dreams.' Dave and myself, my longtime friend and musical director, Waddy Wachtel, and my girls, Sharon Celani and Lori Nicks. It was a perfect blend."
Wow. Isn't that something?! So many people knock it, but you can't deny, the power of Twilight is strong!
Oh man…so many tweens are going to buy this song now! They won't be able to resist!
Enjoy that little boost in sales, Stevie!

An ALBUM or a SINGLE?
Which is it?
Both?
hahah, that's so cute. Stevie Nicks is as awesome as they come, so it's a cute story
While everyone is fighting over Britney, GaGa, and some crappy 20 year old Madonna song, here you have a true artist.
… This quite possibly might be the saddest thing I have EVER seen. Sorry, I won't hand it to Twilight. I think it's sad that a music great has become yet another middle aged woman looking for validation IN A VAMPIRE MOVIE!!
Re: Some Random Person –
I don't see where you got that she's looking for validation. If you knew anything about her, you would know her songs are inspired by some of the most random everyday things. This woman has written thousands of songs that have yet to see the light of day. She's doesn't need validation.
Don't get me wrong, I like stevie Nicks. But this sounds kinda awful. Her sound mixed with thier broody badly acted movie sounds cringeworthy.
sounds more like shes broke and jumping on the bandwagon
