Brangelina Dropping Some Serious Money For A House

How About A House In France Angelina

Wow!

The couple paid just a measly $56 million dollars for their new house in France, so it doesn't come as much of a surprise that they'd have to put a little more money into it to make it just like they want it.

And by a little, we mean about $12 million!

That's staggering, but, to be fair, the house will end up being their main home, as Angelina is wanting to spend more time outside of the states.

That means the house has gotta be so FAB!

Anglelina, Brad! BBs! We'd be more than happy to come to a house warming party, and perhaps help you choose decorations??

What do U think about living in a house that expensive??

Re: sayswho – how can you say they are selfish when they give fully one third of their earnings to charity every year?! Do you do that?
They are 2 of the most charitable celebs there are.

    5. 5

I refuse to believe that story, it is impossible. They don't have that kind of money, no way. They are not Mr. and Mrs. Mubarak ! Why do you write such shiz - I guess you think your readers are gullible.

    6. 6

Glad to see them leave! disgusting!

It's their money, they earned it, and they're entitled to spend it however they like.

The region where their home is located is my favorite place on earth. It's totally beautiful and the people are super cool. I can see why they want to settle down there. I'd like to do the same, but def in a more modest fashion. The home they bought is a historical site. I wish they would do something like open the estate to the public one day a year - I'd bet it's amazing.

I dont blame her for leaving the states since 5 years later and people still bring up the Angie and Jen mess! you would SWEAR that brad cheated on HALF the world and angie commited mass murder with the way people describe the incident

curious why they are not closer to his parents…

    14. 14

I hope it's on thousands of acres.

    15. 15

What do I think of them? I think they're the two biggest douchebags in current times, with hypocrite status in equal measure. Sixty-four million total for a house when idiot Angelina cries "poor you" in third world countries. What a loser.

    16. 16

I am sure they work hard (in their own pamper way) for their money. However, one minute they are helping poor kids and the next they are going crazy spending wild amounts of money on a house that they will never really settle in.

Who spends 56 million on a house? That sounds far fetched. Why not spend a couple of million and spend the rest feeding kids and getting medical care for kids? I don't know if they are aware of it or not but there are kids in the US that desperately need food and shelter too. They don't have to go to travel far in the US to find it.

Why not spend a few hundred thousand or a million or two and buy a house near his parents so the kids could be close to real family???? Why would that be bad??? Are they afraid that the kids might be exposed to God? We know Brad doesn't believe in God (he has said this many times in interviews). Are they afraid that the kids might accidentally have a stable family life?

I just don't get these two people. She was mad at her dad for years because he cheated on her mother. Yet, look what she did!!!! She just doesn't get it.

    17. 17

To each his own but for the amount of charity work they are both involved in this seems not only ridiculous but extremely self indulgent. To me this is a bad example for their children…just sayin

To each his own but for all the charity work they do it seems not only ridiculous but extremely self indulgent. To me this a horrible example to set for their kids…just sayin

    19. 19

      Obscene.

    20. 20

A place like that, or really any of the million plus home celebs buy are tax shelters. Write offs in one respect and a place to hide money. Not hide as in under the foundation, but hide in the purchase instead of letting it sit around accruing interest that is taxable. Property gains value, too, especially when it was lived in by the worlds most famous couple. So when sell time comes, in probably five - ten years, it will be worth 105 million dollars or more.

    21. 21

I think they should have bought Aaron Spelling's mansion which is now for sale…I say that they can buy whatever they want…they give ONE THIRD of their money to charity…no one should say crap about the way the spend the other two thirds! I cannot imagine having even a part of that type of money…but I admire them for giving one third to charity.

I'm with you…"It's their money, they earned it, and they're entitled to spend it however they like."
      -
      -
Why do you ask Brad and Angie to give, even more than they already do, to charities when Obama, Biden and most Democrat politicians give virtually nothing of their own money to charities!
      -
Do Brad and Angie have to pay a penalty because they're gorgeous and have a rock star life?
      -
It's not about fair and equal.
      It's an impossibility.
      A myth in Lib minds.
      -
It's the opportunity to prosper, w/o heinous taxes and regulations, that made America great.
Americans will then share their earnings to charities and causes. We're known for being the most generous in the world, when there is some disaster in the world.
      -
That's how America of old worked.
Not stealing it out of our pockets and giving it to the non-producers of the world.

Is it a house, or is it a home? No amount of money can affect that.

    24. 24

more to split when they break up yay vive la france

    25. 25

      Excellent investment, actually.

And, Perez…my dear child…trust us when we tell you that you have about as much chance at attending their housewarming as you do getting married to Pitt. Stick to the gutter, where you belong.

    26. 26

Re: La Vaquera – I think YOU are all those names you called them. Tell me this: Do YOU even give 1/8 of YOUR salary to charity? Like most people YOU dont. The fact is it thier money and they can spend as much or little as possible they want with thier money. Just like you do. At least these "losers" give back. And for the record it doesnt matter to which charity its the fact that they give back.

    27. 27

      Re: La Vaquera – Agree!

    28. 28

I'm no way jealous but no one and I mean no one needs to have a house that is so expensive. That to me is not a home. Ridiculous. And I wonder if it is really true anyways.

    29. 29

Don't they make like 200 million a year between themselves? Justin Bieber made 100 mil last year.

A mil here, a mil there? It's all relative.

    32. 32

Hey people, it's their home is a historical landmark! How many private citizens do YOU know who buy up historical landmarks use their own $ to fix it up and actually LIVE in it. I think it's cool and perhaps if people in this country did the same thing we'd be able to save some public $ and let the rich spend it on our landmarks. I DO think they should allow the public to tour it once a year.

    33. 33

they must have almost a billion or something. 60 million is nothing compared to that. they have enough money to buy expensive shit for themselves and help the world, so stop saying its ridiculous to babble about charity and then spend that much on a house.

    34. 34

This really turns my stomach! Yes, I know I know its their money but, fuck me, man the 99% of the rest of us are fuckin living paycheck to paycheck and these dumb fucks are popping FIFTYEIGHT MILLLLLLION ON A FUCKIN HOUSE?????!!! What is wrong with that picture? Mr. Im soo fuckin Green and Save the planet Save the Children Pitt, what does he think he's doing to the inviornment with this MASSSIVE house? Actors are sooo blindly over paid, and we're even stupider for going to all their lame ass movies. Somethings gotta be done. All that money they have, they dont need it. They could very comfortably live with half of it. Angie goes to all these 3rd world contries crying about what extreme poverty these people live in and turns around, hopes on her private jet to her her private secluded MULTI MILLION dollar estate. MAKES ME FUCKIN SICK!

    35. 35

      brad is such a hottie.
