All we have to say is that he actually thinks that the bull shiz he spewed out doesn't apply just as much to him as it does to her, then he's crazier than we thought he was.

    Again, no one has asked him about the two drug tests. Maybe he passed two drug tests. Does one of those test include alcohol?

    Even if this man is 100% sober he is still crazy. He thinks on 9/11 the US brought the towers down on themselves. He doesn't just question it, he out and out believes it. Yeah, he isn't a bit of a nut job.

    He doesn't act on impulse. He intends to party when he parties. He just goes overboard on occasion, and that's what gets reported; and that's what he could address. I know the politically correct can't stand that, but there it is. Lohan does have an impulse control issue, and actually should think things through. That's a non-judgemental bit of advice that could be useful to her.

    Charlie may have been high or he could have been just feeling trashed from the lack of his usual devices. We cant know if he really means it or not…it is his life after all. True it all effects his crew but I am thinking they knew that when they signed on…this is NOT new for him! As for the 9/11 ideas we are all entitled to our opinions…crazy as they seem to others.

    why is everyone reporting he "gave advice". He clearly was being a smart ass as he was probably pissed when several weeks ago she gave a public statement that he should take things one day at a time or somthing like that. I got the irony. Even the very things he was saying "she should think… impulse control", he was clearly saying that she should have thought before she spoke to his situation
