Gleek Out! McKinely High Presents The Justin Bieber Experience!

Oh my Biebs! Not even an intense session of Angry Birds could pry your eyes away from this!

Last night, Glee paid tribute to the one and only Justin Bieber with not one, but two Bieblicious numbers! And they were just….awesome!

Check out the videos above to see Chord Overstreet whip flip his hair back for his rendition of Baby & the whole Gleeky posse go ape-shiz over Somebody To Love! (above)

Not bad, not bad. It certainly had perfect timing! (Wonder if any of them went to go see Never Say Never this week!)

Thoughts?

I actually felt embarassed for them having to do this episode.

It was one of the worst EVER and I'm a total gleek. Bieber? Really? What's next a Miley Cyrus tribute?

  3. 3

wasn't my favorite episode. I liked Chemical Romance and when Lauren sang her song. I could have skipped the first half of the show.

The Bieber songs were the worst part of the episode. Totally unnecessary. "Somebody to Love" was decent, but "Baby" was just awful.

I laughed so hard at the Bieber jokes. "Nobody is more rock 'n roll than Justin Bieber" LOLLLLL

I love any opportunity to get an Artie/Kevin solo (and to see his dance) so "Somebody to Love" was good, but Chord sounded pretty bad singing "Baby." And those awful dance moves.

And RENT? What key was Lea singing in? She's a great singer, but she's almost always singing in a weird key. This, "Firework," that Britney Spears song, etc., etc. Weird. Mercedes/Amber totally owned her in that song.

What ever happened to the plot of this show? Does Ryan Murphy think that by over-saturating the show with random ass Top 40 hits, he can get away with mentioning the plot for the last 30 seconds of every fifth episode? It's annoying and pretty insulting as a viewer. It's the same damn plot he used last time, it shouldn't be that hard to keep up with it. And Rachel's an annoying as character. Good singer, but a self-righteous pain in the ass (who is supposed to be a black sheep at the school, but some how ends up dating hot, popular guys–3 in one season?? How many geeks do you know that can say that?!)

    /endrant.

I still hate Bieber's songs. Glee made them more decent. The "Bieber experience" was quite funny. Puck with the wig is totally hilarious. Glee actors are my age (early 20s). They probably saw this episode as something funny to. Bieber fans were probably just in aw.

I actually really enjoyed this episode of Glee :) I loved all the songs and I think they did a really good job singing. Now that they did some Justin Bieber songs…they need to get some JONAS MANIA on Glee! I can see it now…Finn sings "Burnin' Up" to Quinn and tries to win her back. Also, I heard Nick Jonas might be part of the Dalton Academy group. That would be amazing :)

    Peace. Love. Jonas.

By fat the WORST episode of Glee to date. I actually turned the channel. Not only was the Bieber storyline pathetic, Lauren pretending she could sing was down right embarassing. Get her off the show pronto. She is ruining it. And Sue doing everything in her power to take down the Glee club is getting old. I could do without Sue for a while.
