Nice! Ballets are the hot thing right now! (Thanks Darren Aronofsky!)
While attending the BAFTAS on Sunday night, Sir Paul McCartney revealed to sources that for the better part of the last year, he has been working on a score for an original ballet. According to the source, Paul's been working with the "best in the business," setting up shop in New York to work with some high-profiled choreographers. Once the show is completed, it is allegedly his intention to bring the show to Britain, as they apparently have all contracted
avian flu Black Swan fever!
When asked about the project outright, Macca stayed fairly coy, but he did confirm that it was happening. He told sources:
"I have been working on a ballet for a while. I'll be making a proper announcement in a few weeks. It's a really exciting project for me."
For everyone else as well! We excited to hear what you have in store for us.
No doubt, it will be incredible! But maybe you shouldn't be so quick to rush off to the West End. Stick to the Lincoln Center for a year! Give us all a chance to bask in the show's beauty first!
