Jennifer Aniston Is Selling Her Home
Wow! And after all of the renovations she did?!
Jennifer Aniston has recently revealed that despite dedicating two years to modifying her Beverly Hills home called Ohana, she has decided to put it back on the market - for the very reasonable price of $42 million!
She explains:
"I couldn't sleep and I sort of had one of those moments where I went, I really need to simplify. My life needs to be simplified and clear out the clutter. And along with that thought came, 'I should sell my house.' … I had the realization that this is just too much for me. I'm not this person. I don't know, I'm looking for little spots in New York City to go back home. There are all sorts of things that are going to be happening in the near future so I'm excited. I don't know what they are, but that's the fun part."
When you put it like that, it makes sense, bb!
Sometimes the best way to get your head cleared is to just make a big change! Best of luck looking for a new space!

how big is this '$42 mill' home? I do not understand why people buy GIGANTIC houses, unless you are the DUGGAR family. Yes, if you are rich, you want your extras, but some things are ridiculous, whether you are single, a couple or a family. Just seems like a large place where you can HIDE FROM EACH OTHER…. oh, and MARIO, THIS NYC THING HAS BEEN GOING AROUND THE 'NET FOR WEEKS. late again.

I used to visit your site when you started. And then I stopped when it got so draining and negative. I didn't feel right reading your stuff anymore. The contents are rude and offensive. It's been years the last time I was here.
And then just a few minutes ago, I read in somebody's blog that you've decided to change the "outlook" of your site. That you are now focusing on positivity. The blog even featured your PETA poster. I decided to check it our and here I am.

My thougts are that she was just on The Chelsey Lately show/The view and said she is not moving to New York, that she has no idea where that came from!
I feel sad for her, she seems lost. Last year she was just showing off this house in a magazine ithink Architectual Digest. She seems so proud, that she acheived something, I mean she designed it herself and everything. And now shes started saying how she wakes up at night and not liking the place. sigh. and now she's selling it well, good ofr her ?!
I can see how a $42 millon dollar crib might be too much for ONE person! She prob should've thought about that though…

If you don't know what they are….how do you know they are good? Lot's of people in New York get raped and killed everyday….doesn't sound like fun..also she said she wanted to go home……she wasn't born in New York…how is that home????
I applaud your resolve to be more positive but in this process please remember to keep your sense of good quality when it comes to giving exposure to celebs. Jennifer Anniston is so highly over rated and over exposed in the press and for what? Her acting abilities are minimal and her looks are average at best. Please spare us from such frequent updates on her shopping and dating activities. That would be a positive move on your part.
She did the renos which kept her busy for two years. Now they're done and she's bored stiff rattling around that lonely house by herself. A smaller, cozier place would be much better where you can have your favorite possessions close to you. Too bad she has no one to share her life with.
this is a perfect example of someone with too much money. hopefully, she will do what someone else here suggested…..donate some of your money to help the truly needy. you don't need another house, you need a purpose.

There is something terribly wrong with the world today when you have vapid pinhead no talent celebrities like Aniston making 10s of millions of dollars annually and then you have doctors and surgeons who go into debt studying for decades to help people and are villified by the federal government and the media. This Aniston woman can not even form a cohesive thought or sentence when interviewed.
I just want to be the first on record with this…I think she and John Mayer are still an item, just on the way down low. Hmmm. Both selling their CA homes, moving to New York. I think their "break up" was staged so that they could regain their privacy, not that I would blame them.
After that article in Architectural Digest, in which she went on and on about how much she liked her new home, this is quite a surprise.

I hope she puts her money where her mouth is, and donates the proceeds to the homeless or some other worthy cause. It is pretty hypocritical and ridiculous for a single person to live in a $42 million dollar house, especially in light of her left wing political pronouncements. The same thoughts apply to Oprah.

Good for her; it'll probably help bring things down to a controllable level. Besides, home is where the heart is. My favorite home past was a little two room flat that I could clean in ten minutes and then go.

You know what perez, i was realy impressed and proud of you for a long time, because you were the only one who critiziced JA. Everybody was making a poor victim of her which shes isnt!
