Hopefully I'm not the last to note how disgusting it is that you would post something so personal and so difficult. You may not name names, but given your readership, this is a pretty serious rumor to start with fairly consistent names attached in the comments. Is this part of the "New Perez?" Surely you're aware of the attack on women's rights at this moment. Well that porn star Sheen had sex with had an abortion a few days ago and said it could have been his, but that doesn't exactly seem like that big of news, since she's not important at all. Although, she did say she had sex with another A-list celeb also, which is weird.

Here's the thing that people need to really start understanding. This is a gossip site about celebrities, so all of the "dirty laundry" is most likely going to come on this site. People saying "the last thing that person would want is for it to be broadcast all over the gossip sites like this." Yeah, you are probably right. But one thing you have to realize is they are a celebrity, and if you don't want everyone knowing your business then DON'T BECOME A CELEBRITY! This is life. People are intrigued in knowing whats going on in these peoples lives. You think Lindsay Lohan wants everyone knowing she is a thief and has done drugs? No, she probably doesn't. i dont think this is really an appropriate subject for a blind item. abortion is such a difficult, emotional subject and increasingly has legal ramifications for the people involved. you wouldnt report it with the names so why report it without?

As much as we all love reading (and subsequently feeling dirty) about the personal lives of celebs, this is a really tough thing to go through in private, let alone publicly. I will say, however, that perhaps Perez posted this as a (Not So) Blind Item, he is making an effort to protect said celeb's identity, and if that's the case, I at least commend him on that. I would certainly ask, for this mystery girl's sake, that Perez not reveal who it is, even though we all kind of have the urge to want to know.
