After Rosie Huntington-Whiteley stepped out with quite the rock on her left ring finger earlier in the week, many began speculating that her boyfriend, Jason Statham, had proposed to her - but apparently, that's not the case!

She explained:

"No, that's not an engagement ring."

That's good! He may be a bit older, but she's still only 23!

No rush, guys! But glad the relationship is going well!
