Charlie DEMANDS The Rest Of His Two And A Half Men Money For Canceled Episodes

charlie sheen wants compensation for canceled two and a half men episodes

CBS, Warner Bros, and Chuck Lorre are already in the hole with delusional Charlie Sheen for over $320 million, so maybe they should just pay him this as well!

Earlier today, we learned that Charlie is planning on suing CBS, WB, and Lorre for $320 million for "mental anguish."

Now, Charlie has had lawyer Marty Singer send WB and CBS a letter demanding that Sheen be compensated approximately $16 million for this season's eight canceled episodes of Two and a Half Men.

Apparently, Charlie may ALSO have Singer send the same letter to Two and a Half Men's Chuck Lorre.

Wonder who else Charlie Sheen can sue for unrealistic amounts of money…

How about HBO for providing him with "mental anguish" after claiming that Sheen's Corner isn't happening??? He could probably squeeze a solid $145 million from them!

Do U think Charlie should be compensated for this season's canceled Two and a Half Men episodes?

Wow, such judgment, Perez. Might want to get the whole story. Never thought I'd been on Sheen's side. However, Charlie has passed both urine and blood testing for drugs. He is ready/fit to go back to work. Lorre tells him no episodes have been written. Who's fault is that? Lorre has made fun of and spoken ill of Charlie publicly. Did Charlie go too far? Yes, but if he is able to work, they have to pay him. They have a contract. Period, end of story.

  2. 2

I don't really know what he deserves but I am so loving all of his antic's right now…..

  3. 3

Can s/one explain to me why the studios defense could not simply be his interviews and public displays of debauchery?

  4. 4

    What a greedy dellusional dick.

  5. 5

Duh!! A contract is a contract. Give him every penny. They screwed the golden pooch on this one. Time to pay up.

Team Charlie 100%. Not a fan of his habits, but support his right to do what he wants to do. The last I saw, he does live in America. Aren't you the land of the free and the home of the drunk and stupid?

  6. 6

They should pay him for the remainder of the season. He's under contract, they are required to pay. They are just trying to get him to shut up. Money talks, if he cuts off his money supply, he will need to cooperate. I like the show. He needs rehab, they should be supportive and get him in a program. I think his antics are hilarious…poor guy.

  7. 7

If they breached his contract, then more power to him!! Google Search keywords "The Media Jerk" to read Heartless criticism of the day's biggest celebrity news stories!!

  8. 8

His liver is failing. He looks VERY yellow in all photos of late. He needs to get a grip. Loser.

  9. 9

This guys is a nut and his rampage is amazing…in an interview today with ABC "I am on a drug, it's called 'Charlie Sheen.' It's not available cuz if you try it once you will die. Your face will melt off and children will weep over your exploded body…" This guy has got some balls for sure! I find that a good amount of people are using drugs, and sometimes its like he said, he is on something else and its working for him (A drug he simply titles "Charlie Sheen"). Sometimes its just that easy…you quit when you quit.

Go gettem Charlie. And ultimately, a contract is a contract as previously stated…get that paper!

Don't be stupid, Charlie Sheen doesn't have a contract with HBO, but he does have a contract with CBS. Chuck Lorre wants to bully Charlie Sheen, but he is going to lose. Under the contract, CBS has no right to order him into rehab, and they have no right to shut down the show. They do, however, have an obligation to uphold the contract, and Charlie Sheen upheld his end of the contract. You don't have to like each other, you just have to get the job done. Chuck Lorre has peniz-envy.

  12. 12

Isn't he still under contract with warner bros. Yes pay him his money.

  13. 13

Got to laugh at all these Americans who want to demand that Charlie Sheen get rehab. I didn't hear any of you demanding that George Bush get rehab, when he was drunk and man-handling the young girls at the Olympics, which you paid for, by the way, with your tax dollars, so that he could take his entire family, vehicles and entourage to China, and make a fool of himself, and your entire country. Fools.

  14. 14

I personally think that Sheen is off drugs right now & that is what made this whole problem. I think he has probably been a bipolar person who self medicated for years with drugs & booze & now we get to see him manic & he is acting like an angry child. Angry manic children do not like to be slapped down. Eventually he is going to crash, but for right now he is very manic. My God somebody has to have witnessed someone who behaves like this in their lifetime. I had a feeling he was this type of guy when I used to read the stories of him smacking women around. I bet Denise could tell you some stories, but she will keep her mouth shut until he runs out of money.

He was ready and willing to work, and his tox screen was allegedly clean (so far), so unless there's some kind of morals clause, they might be opening their wallet for the man. You can't just have a snit because you don't like his opinion of you and take your ball and go home. Replace your production guys, but Sheen has a contract. We shall see.

  16. 16

while he is most likely under contract, and most likely will get the money he deserves. his antics, on the other hand, just seem to get crazier, which makes it hard for me to believe that he is not on drugs.

    17

I thought you were going to be nicer on your site Perez…not even more judgemental than before. He deserves every penny he was promised on his contract because he didnt do anything wrong! He is very capable of working and wants to work. Why does everyone have to blow Charlie`s life up into something it is not.

  18. 18

He's completely wrong for suing for that insane amount of money!! It's his fault that the season is cancelled!! Shouldn't the people out of work because of his antics sue him for the money that they lost due to Sheen!?!

  19. 19

I think he should get the money. If he wasn't a star nobody would know or care really what he does on his own time as long as he shows up for work and is able to do his job. Charlie has shown that he has and can do his job. I have yet to work at a place that said i can't drink after work or on my own time. Drugs yes aren't legal, but i've also done drugs after work ( along time ago mind you) and still went to work the next day, just as Charlie has. He showed up and was willing and able to work, pay the man.

  20. 20

Yes how about he be lawfully compensated for the terms of his contract. And CBS get off their high horse and start production again

  21. 21

I am hoping its bad lighting or bad make-up b/c elsewise…CS looks a tad jaundiced here… Drink much?

  22. 22

He showed up ready to work. He passed his drug test. He has a contract he should be payed. JUst because Chuck Lorre is pissed off at him is no reason to shut down production ad put everyone out of work. Chuck and Charlie need to sit down together and work their shit out. Charlie needs to shut up in the press and Chuck needs to stop putting rants about Charlie at the end of the show. Act like grown men and get back to work.

  23. 23

I'm sort of mixed about it. Yes, he's a douche. Yes, taking time off to go to "rehab" was an inconvenience.
However, there isn't a single person who works on that show that has said he's ever been anything but absolutely professional when it comes to his job. He shows up on time, he knows his lines, he does good work…even if he was a drug and sex and porn addict, it hadn't affected his work with the exception of this recent downword spiral he's hit, and his needing some time off to attend rehab.
However, he is a horrible spoiled brat who has never once had to pay any consequenses for anything he's ever done. It hurt a lot of people to be forced to miss work and not get paid because of HIM. There's a lot of people that have been depending on him. Nobody is winning in this situation. Everybody is losing.

  24. 24

Re: CBenji – You are absolutely right. Charlie is acutely manic. It is scary to watch. Drug addiction + mental illness = dual diagnosis. I hope somehow he gets the help he needs. Being in a manic phase, he has NO insight into his own behavior. He is delusional. It is only his "celebrity" that keeps him from being committed to a mental hospital, which is where he should be as the doctors titrate the lithium to theraputic levels. He is going to kill himself by one means or another, I just hope he doesn't take innocent people with him.

  25. 25

Why should he get paid? He didn’t show up for work and was acting like a fool.. other then show business where can you get away with that kind of behavior and still expect to be employed. Anyplace else you are expected to do a job then get paid. That is the problem with show business. Getting paid ridiculous amounts of money for nothing.. acting is not brain surgery.. give me a break.. they created these monsters.. stop paying them so much money..

  26. 26

Re: @v@ – He was ready and willing? he was supposed to show up for work and they found him in Vegas.. the cast was ready but Charlie was MIA. that has happened more then once..

  27. 27

noone NEEDS that much money: they just spend it on hookers and drugs,…. and Sheen is a PERFECT example of that!

  28. 28

An actor that shows up in such a bad way as to need furniture situated to prop himself up is NOT showing up in a professional state. GMA this morning pointed out all the excuses his manager's used over the used when Sheen hasn't showed up for days at work, so this isn't the first time.

  29. 29

well who knows if he really wrote that LARGE sum of money to that ungreatful foul porn star? however–he should be paid for work he did…no matter what opinions are out there of him………I think he's great and I laugh at people who are so quick to judge him…he actually is very brilliant……just cause he doesn't feel like people think he should feel….so WHAT…get a life people

  30. 30

Re: toneprincess – he's not nuts…he sees right through hollywoods bullshit to defame and destroy anyone who doesn't want to submit and play the game. Charlie is awesome and I love how he stands up for himslef againt the reptilian scum!

  31. 31

If Charlie arrived, ready to work and he was denied, they's be in breach no matter what condition he's in mentally. He's done the other 7 1/2 seasons high, there isn't a difference. When Charlie started demanding a raise, he screwed himself out of the rest of his contract. I can demand a raise from my boss, too, it doesn't mean they have to give it to me.

  32. 32

Re: whydoyoucaresomuch? – i meant nuts in a good way…hes got that I'm off my rocker, know it, and Ima rock it…we all gotta bit of crazy to work with and boy does he go hard!

  33. 33

Yes, he should get paid. He said he was ready to go back to work, and the network just went ahead and cancelled the show + everyone else is getting paid for the rest of the season even when there's no season anymore…

  34. 34

people need to stop he does his job well how he acts outside of work is nobodys buisness!!

Re: Tink66 – Hey, Tink, yeah I remember that, but then the man produced a medical reason, so….I guess they'd need to quantify the other times, if there were any. I didn't hear about any others; at least that wasn't spread around. I was talking about now. He's said over and over that he's ready to go, but no go.

  36. 36

and i guess all the money will go to charity

he should make a documentary called "hey i was still here"
