charlie sheen to file 320 million dollar lawsuit

He warned the world that a "sleeping giant" had been awoken. Guess he wasn't kidding!

Charlie Sheen plans on suing CBS, Warner Bros, and Two and a Half Men's Chuck Lorre for $320 million…for "mental anguish."

Along with that absurd amount of money the $320 mil, he's also expected to "demand payment for the ninth season of the sitcom."

Good luck, Charlie!

We just hope you don't burn yourself out, between this lawsuit and your new HBO show. LOLz.

What do U think about Charlie's lawsuit? Does he have a case here?

    Hymie can afford it …..

If any of you are gamblers, I'd put a lot of money on Charlie at the top of the celebrity death list. He's totally derailed. Probably going to take a few people out with him too.

  3. 3

well since they is a contract and CBS/Warner/Lorre broke it I would say yes. Keep laughing Mario, he's more successful than u ever will be.

  4. 4

    2 1/2 Turds.

  5. 5

it should be the other way around!!! The cast and crew mates should be suing charlie for Mental Anguish for all he put them through and for costing them their jobs.

    WE LOVE CHARLIE!

This show has made and will in syndication make bbbillions for CBS. It is 100% 'The Charlie Sheen Show' to the point that his character's name was not even changed. CBS chose to create an entire show based on his persona and bad boy behavior. He always shows up for work clean and sober, never causing any financial loss for the show. If anything, keeping his name in the headlines has kept the show prominently fixed in the minds of viewers. Since CBS is making billions with very little creative input of their own, they owe Charlie Sheen a giant portion of those profits.

Business is business. Whether you like him or not, he is owed a considerable portion of the money made from this show.

For mental anguish? What about my mental anguish? Or yours? The things people can sue for…

  9. 9

Crackhead gets nothing but jail or mental hospital!

  11. 11

    what a LOSER !

  12. 12

Ridiculous. CBS should fight it and shouldn't settle. 'Mental anguish'? For WHAT - cold coffee? What an entitled BRAT. He says the public should focus on all the unrest in the world and 'not on Charlie Sheen'. He should take his own advice. If Mr. Sheen sues, the money will just be going to suitcases full of coke, and paying hookers to be 'his family'. All the time he's spending on this CRAP, he could be and should be spending time with his kids.

  13. 13

Go ahead and sue. CBS/Chuck Lorre will keep this tied up in court for 20years.

What a kook this guy is. And THIS is why bad boys are horrible prospects. Because they are ENTITLED LITTLE BOYS underneath it all. So so gross to see grown adult men acting like bratty boys. VOMITOUS.

  18. 18

Not sure if anyone has seen people in their lives but he shows that he is clearly having a bi-polar manic episode. Just listen to how he speaks.. He is delusional, in denial, racy. and just completely irrational. Super said. But be clear this is a two pronged issue. Both dependency/substance abuse and mental disease. I agree with one of the posts here and to place my bet on an old howard stern game of celebrity death watch Charlie is now by far in the lead over Lindsay. Super sad.

  19. 19

250 and something ppl lost their job because of him…!!!
    @ $1MIL each, thats $250 Million… they should suit his ass for $250 Million…
    his a Fucking loserrrrrr!!!!!

  20. 20

what spoiled man I can't imagen how his kids must grow up and think of him. oh my dad a coke sniffer and pimp. how sad when his kids start thinking how pathetic he is.

At least Charlie has the mental part down

  22. 22

I highly doubt CBS would have cancelled the rest of the season without making sure their butt was covered, all the i's were dotted, etc. The only one responsible for this mess is Charlie Sheen, but clearly he hasn't accepted that… it's everyone else's fault, not mine… ugh.

    23

Lucky for CBS he'll be dead long before this gets settled. Now he's trying to get a book deal to spill details on all his castmates. He's clearly lost it and his dad and brothers should be doing whatever it takes to get him help before it's too late. CBS did the right thing. By continuing to put him in spotlight and pay him millions a week you are only an enabler. It was clear this morning on GMA he shows zero remorse for any of his actions and what damage it does to everyone around him.

  24. 24

    Not true. Check your facts.

  25. 25

    I was replying to:
    Pam's leaking Silicone Breasts says:
    'The 12-Step Religious AA/NA Cult……IS A CULT with a 100% FAILURE RATE!'
to which I was saying 'Not true. Check your facts.'

  26. 26

Yeah do it, and lets see CBS call Martin Sheen as a witness who will tell the court that Charlie needs help, and then call all the fans of the show for character witnesses, they will all say that if it wasnt for him going bonkers in NY, Vegas and LA and having drug issues, wanting to create a porn family and ranting like a lunatic the show would have continued on. His delusional antics are like a trainwreck, its sad and its disgusting at the same time. He needs to be locked up, for his own safety. What a waste, he looks like death warmed over

  27. 27

I think he probably will get a settlement of some sort. He has a contract. Obviously he's completely off his rocker, but CBS/Warner Brothers/etc have really not done anything to help him. They have admitted as much.

  28. 28

no the ownes have the control not charlie. There just getting tired of charlie biting the hand that feeds him. So their saying "fuck you charlie no more show. What you gonna do now biotch?

  29. 29

So he can sue for this and the studio could conceivably come up with it..and here we are facing a possible government shutdown. THIS is why America is falling…stupid stuff like this. I don't know Charlie Sheen, he's never been to my house for thanksgiving or Christmas, and it royally @#%%ES me off that this OBSCENE amount of money is even being discussed when some folks, like me, don't even have health insurance because we can't afford to have it taken out of our checks.

You're stupid, your show is stupid, and I hope you get your money and drown in it like I never understood Scrooge McDuck to not do in Duck Tales and his Money Bin.

  30. 30

IF this is true, that is.

  31. 31

    HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

  32. 32

Charlie, don't waste you fucking time! You have a drug problem and have acted out of control…no judge is going to side with you for all that alone!

  33. 33

He seems determined to lose every penny he has.

  34. 34

poor little rich girl Charlie Sheen =( …. Actually, this is becoming awesome entertainment

  35. 35

I doubt he'll live long enough to see it thrown out of court.

  36. 36

Um yea he has a case. Depending on his contract he could have a BIG case for wrongful termination because they fired him for no reason other then his personal life and actions. Maybe not that much money worth but unless his ocntract said something about them being able to fire him based off of his personal life (which i doubt) then he has a case for wrongful termination.

    37

That's not even mentioning the $600 million thrown around for syndication over the next few years. If the dollar dives, that's about what, 600 bucks?

    38

Re: angkor – Sure, except CBS pulled the plug, not Charlie, so CBS would be the defendant.

  39. 39

DO IT! Or should I say Bring it!
Sue them for all the $$ they're worth. These stupid greedy doucebag executives enable all these overpaid actors, give them all the money in the world, bribe our joke of a legal system and pay off golddiggers to keep quite so screw them all. Bite the hand that feeds you Charlie, cause they deserve it.

    Re: didntneed2seethat
It IS true. It's almost a 100% failure rate. And the whole religious reference is just HORRIBLE!! If you're not Christian and you have to go to these meeting then the whole Christian thing is just not cool.
Alcohol is a hard core drug, there's just too much money in it for many, many people so they will never ever label it for what it is.

This is why the world hates us. Our priorities are mucked up and stupid. SAY NO TO HEALTHCARE but say YES to highly damaging HIGHLY addictive HIGHLY costly prescription drugs… cause that makes money.
