I like Jen but I hate how all these self absorbed stars that could do so much good in the world spend money like this. How about orphans, after school programs, scolorships, acting workshops, sports programs, music lessons for kids, instruments for kids, computers for schools and on and on!

It's called conspicuous consumption. It is a sign of a society on the decline. There are actually lots of rich people who live modestly and don't have the carbon footprint of a small town. Sure she can spend her money however she wants, but as she has discovered, putting on a big show with your money doesn't make you happy.

Everybody needs to stop trashing my girl Jen. My daughter is now 32 years old and a professor of history. I can't tell you how many hours we spent together watching "Friends". Maybe Jennifer hasn't lived up to many expectations, but she gave me and my brilliant daughter MANY hours of laughs, and for that I am grateful. Her personal life is just that, personal. I don't think it's my job to pass judgement on people I don't even know. Hell, I even give Charlie Sheen the benefit of the doubt (maybe not always, as I think I posted something negative about him…note to self… don't drink and post). Jennifer Aniston seems like a very nice person, and let's face up people, nice ain't in surplus in our country right now. Let's just all try to be nice, for a little bit anyway……..Your Grandmother……
