There's no way we could be this lucky... right?!
According to TMZ, the two legendary singers apparently spoke about how much sense it'd make for them to work together at some point, and as it's being reported now,

Despite critics calling it a "softball" interview, Morgan is proud of his interview and proud of how he got Charlie on the show.
After Charlie's long time publicist Stan Rosenfield quit, Piers had no choice but to call Charlie's home himself.
The talk show host says that one of Charlie's daughter's answered the phone and when she repeated his name out loud, Morgan said he heard Sheen's voice in the background saying "Is that Piers?"
Morgan than says:
"I told Charlie these taped interviews he was doing made him sound completely erratic, and why don't you come on with someone you have known for 20 years?"
Charlie agreed, but not without Morgan questioning his ability to actually show up, to which he responded, "I won't let you down."
BUT in true Sheen style, he kept the CNN production on it's toes. Within minutes of show time, the actor was nowhere in site.
"Then at 5:55 his car swept in, he jumped out cigarette in hand, gave me a big bear hug and said, ‘Let's rock and roll.'"
That sounds about right.
Hmm, if he keeps his friend of 20 years waiting, we can only imagine how long he's been keeping the producers and crew of Two and a Half Men waiting over the last couple months.
