Brooke Mueller had dinner with her twin boys, Bob and Max, last night, hours after she backed out of a custody deal with the boy's father, Charlie Sheen.

Brooke took the boys to the Johnny Rockets at The Grove in L.A, a place known for its ambiance and the constant presence of paparazzi.

So, basically she's rubbing it in, Charlie! Thoughts???
