Warner Bros. Hires Powerhouse Lawyers To Handle Charlie Sheen

Uh-oh.

Charlie Sheen may want to shut up now.

Warner Bros. isn't messing around. They've hired big-time lawyers, Ron Olsen and John Spiegel, to deal with Charlie and his future with Two and a Half Men.

The two lawyers have been in contact with Charlie's lawyer, Marty Singer who sent a letter to Warner Bros. and CBS threatening a lawsuit if they didn't restart production on the sitcom.

He also accused the network and studio of turning a blind eye to Charlie's notorious partying, but then overreacted when he lashed out against show creator Chuck Lorre.

Yikes. With big powerhouse attorneys like Olsen and Spiegel, Charlie may want to keep his mouth shut if he wants to have any chance of returning to his job.

But then again, it's CHARLIE FREAKIN' SHEEN. We have a feeling we'll be seeing him in court very, very soon.

returning to his job? the studio likely see's that charile's outbursts have generated so much press that he'll make them more money if they bring him back. they really don't give a crap about his health or well-being. as charlie said, 'it's show BUSINESS." since when do the studios heads and lawyers care about name-calling or someone's drug use (robert downey jr. immediately comes to mind)? as long he's bankable, it's thumbs-up baby!

Why don't you stop sucking up to WB, Mario? No studio is ever going to hire you to do ANYTHING. Get it through your head. This blog is all you'll ever have.

Wait, Mr. Singer, didn't the problem start when your client singlehandedly did a suitcase full of cocaine and ended up calling a neighbor panicking? Then, they sat him down to try to perform an intervention on him and THEN Mr. Sheen lashed out against his producer. This has been building for a while.

Perez.. it's kind of funny how clueless you really are… First you start off by saying Charlie Sheen "might" have a case. There's no "might"s or "maybe"s. He HAS a case, and Warner Bros. and Co have only proved that further by hiring Olsen and Spiegel. Why spend so much on a legal team if the case is so erroneous? I think Sheen is still "Winning" and it's only a matter of time before he's either compensated for lost wages or back to work on Two and A Half Men.

charlies will do what he wants. Okay, he said 'he showed up for shooting' and the studio never lost money. BUT, HE THEN MUMBLED THAT he did miss some 'blah blah blah, rehersal days, blah, blah blah, no consequences' etc' In his mind, no makeup, hair, camera people were there (union) so NO MONEY LOST WHEN HE DID NOT SHOW, so what if the salaried people had to stand around, rework scenes around the hungover Charlie? He, after all, IS THE STAR!!! ABOVE EVERYONE ON THE STUDIO STAGE, so you peons can stand around for hours, WAITING!!!

Charlie, in his delusions, does not seem to UNDERSTAND, that people FORGET about TV Shows, VERY FAST. His show might be a fav of some, but, cancel it, OUT OF SITE, OUT OF MIND. IT IS ONLY A TV SHOW!!!! and just like AI, where people will get over Simon Cowell leaving, or, THEY WILL JUST GET A NEW FAVORITE. and he, and SOME OTHERS HERE DON'T UNDERSTAND, that YES, TO SOME, what you do on the weekends, out of the studios, sometimes does matter. TO SOME.

I see the show returning and the producer kissing Charlie's ass as it is a BUSINESS and the show will bring in MONEY$$$. I just hope he does not get the twins back into that smoke filled house. Charlie's buddies gross me out on Charlie's Korner. That is NO PLACE for children. I found it odd that Rachel was not on camera after the "spat" she had with Charlie. Was her "face" not camera ready after that "spat"??

When you slam the company you work for, they have every right to fire you. If you give bad press to your own show, then you deserve to lose your job, especially when the show caters to your every whim. It's not like Charlie has been abused by the production, he's just a piece of sh!t person.

When did Sheen start wearing a toupee?

  11. 11

Charile Sheen is as much the same on screen as off the producers condone what he does on screen but not off !!!When I grow up wanna be just like Charile!!!!!Winner..Go Charile Go!!

  12. 12

For any of you stupid fucks who believe Charlie is winning, I hope you get locked in a room and forced to watch his "corner" for the rest of your lives. One can never underestimate how many truly stupid people inhabit this planet.

  13. 13

baldwin, sheen and douglas are hollywood leading men for too many decades to the exclusion of another family. i love it i love it i love it

  14. 14

Sheen is sick and unhinged. His Rage & Mental issues don't blend well.

  15. 15

Charlie's Korner was SCARY. I couldn't see anywhere that Charlie had a drug test this morning - because he couldn't have- they were tweaking their brains out. I agree, those kids shouldn't be in that house, period. Also, to the folks saying Charlie should force CBS back to work. Like bad ratings and other external circumstances haven't taken a show off the air… how would you like to show up the next day to everyone being forced back, because of YOU. If that happens, I hope they come up with the worst possible scripts for him.

  16. 16

His fifteen minutes of insanity have run out. Isn't his suicide long over due? Feels like it.

  17. 17

Overnight, Sheen went from A-list movie star to nothing when he had to testify in the Heidi Fleiss trial, and the same thing will happen here. Once his lame sitcom is off the air, no one will care nor remember him, so I would love to see the studio tie up Charlie in court for years over all this. Unaccountability for stars has gone unchecked for too long in the industry, and if you take their power away, then you'll have less foolishness from all of theses divas.
He has a point about AA/NA, but he's a soon to be washed up former movie/tv star with a track record of violence against women. Boom Winning….my ass

  18. 18

Ignoring his "partying" was not the problem - he's started to act genuinely bat$hit crazy, including threatening people and could conceivably pose a hazard to those working with him. They may have to pay him off, but it's better than a suit from the rest of the cast and crew for endangerment.

It also depends upon the clauses in his contract. They probably have a drug use clause in there, but unfortunately are unlikely to have written in a "dangerous manic episode" clause! They should have listened to Denise Richards - she tried to tell everyone he was crazy.

sounds like its going to get more interesting keep it coming ”winners'

"Yikes. With big powerhouse attorneys like Olsen and Spiegel, Charlie may want to keep his mouth shut if he wants to have any chance of returning to his job."

^ Like you know Perez. Don't be such a bafoon all the time.

Why, because they're going to need them? Only the two camps know how the contract is laid out.
