The Royal Couple Visits Belfast!

| Filed under: AnglophiliaRoyals RoyceLove Line

Oh man! Wouldn't it be amazing to be able to say that you flipped pancakes with the Royal Couple?!

Kate Middleton and Prince William have been busy traveling all over the United Kingdom, and made an unannounced stop in Northern Ireland today, visiting with the Belfast Lord Mayor and even flipping pancakes with local children at a Shrove Tuesday fundraiser hosted by the Northern Ireland Cancer Fund For Children (above)!

Amazing! Such a lovely gesture, on their part!

Must have meant so much to those kids!

We LOVE seeing them do these impromptu visits - hopefully they will continue to do so throughout their marriage!

Ahhh only month until the big day! We're SO excited!

What do U think?? Are U excited for the Royal Wedding?!

Nothing better than watching two spoiled idiots visiting the land that they illegally occupy. Great job Perez. Maybe you should study the history of Belfast and realize that Prince William is part of the family that has victimized Irish Citizens for over 800 years. England's torture of the Irish would make George Bush blush

    I luv this couple.Soooo cute.

I was there today! They're a really lovely couple and it's nice that the royal family use their status to draw attention to charity. They do so much behind the scenes. Btw Bush has done much worse than them at least their shames are generations ago.

Re: ceezer – Well said. They were lucky they weren't shot.

bitch should eat a pancake or 2

Unscheduled stop or just unannounced? It is still Northern Ireland and it would cut down on the security risk by not announcing that they were coming.

  7. 7

Too bad there wasn't a single Irish man or woman in attendance.

It was not impromptu, People knew about it and drama groups preformed for them and such.
If I had of knew about it I would have been down in a heartbeat with eggs.

Are any of these people making comments actually from Northern Ireland?!! Or is it a case of a plastic paddy making comments about a place they have never been too and will never understand. I am from Northern Ireland and I have no problem with the royals!! I like being part of Britain. Our country is better off than the south of Ireland is at the minute in the recession! So everything isn't greener on the other side! Get over things that happened 800 years ago! William and Katie had nothing to do with that. Don't be so bitter!!

Re: aj90 – Northern Ireland belongs to Ireland not to England. Ireland was partitioned to accomodate the english who had settled in the northern part of Ireland to make money. OUT of Ireland, you protestants violent bums, this country will never belong to England. One day justice will prevail and you will be kicked out.

Clearly We're from Northern Ireland. Prude.
And yes, Northern Ireland belongs in 'IRELAND' The clues in the title.

Re: Lulabug – I go to the Belmast Met. College, and when they visited the Youth Action NI building, like 15 people in my class where sticking our heads out the window to see them! They seem down to earth and so lovely, and I wish them the best.

Re: Chloe Wilson – I go to Belfast Met too! Some guy in my class actually LEFT in the middle of class just to see them.

    woo Belfast!
lets clear this up - Northern Ireland is part of the UK. Northern Ireland is NOT in Great Britain - hence why the sports teams are named "Great Britain AND Northern Ireland"
and lets be honest - were better off being in the UK right now - look at the state of the southern economy!
