Now YOU Can Own A Piece Of LiLo History! Jewelry Store Holding Auction For Stolen Necklace!

If ever there were a group of press-hungry fiends…

Are we sure Michael Lohan isn't an investor here?

Kamofie and Co. jewelry store has just announced that they will be holding an auction for the $2,500 necklace Lindsay Lohan allegedly stole. The proceeds of the auction will go to charity, though which supposed charity remains to be determined. In their official statement, they invited " the public to make suggestions as to the most appropriate charity to receive the benefit of the sale’s proceeds."

So long as the proceeds don't find themselves funneled back into Kamofie and Co., we're okay with whatever. You're only doing this for attention anyway.

Of course, the auction won't and can't take place until AFTER LiLo's criminal case is close. You see, there is still the little matter of determining whether or not LiLo actually stole the damn thing or not so at present, the necklace is being held as evidence by the L.A. County District Attorney.

Hmm. If they're not gonna do this until after the case is resolved, why make the announcement now we wonder???

Oh right, like we said. Press-hungry fiends. Forgot for a sec there.

    Attention whores much?
Wow, all these reports are not really helping the store's case anymore.

This is getting stranger and stranger. First, they hurt their case by selling the tapes, and now they want to auction off the necklace. Has anyone checked the financials on this company? It's looking like they are in trouble and need money (the publicity isn't hurting them either). I'm all for justice, but it's starting to look like Lindsay was framed.

It looks like a plain gold chain necklace. Nothing special. I wouldn't want it.

i am convinced of these two things:

    1. with almost every shot of her has her dirty fingers in her mouth, she must have some good shit underneath her fingernails.

    2. those flowers and ass-kissing to that jewelry store is paying off because suddenly they wanna try to ruin everything that the prosecution has going. i really wish this judge would just put a gag order on everything. im not entirely familiar with who gag orders apply to, but im sure something can be done because this is making a mockery of this whole process.

    are you fucking kidding me

The prosecutor may as well drop all charges because this game is over.
This store is shady and clearly set Lindasy up from day one like I said and the owners clearly cannot be trusted.

REGARDLESS of the charges being dropped or not, she is STILL going to jail. SHE GOT ARREST WHILE ON PROBATION..that alone requires jailtime..the only thing that isnt sure is HOW LONG because shes right now charged with theft. the violation of probration PLUS the theft charge is a much longer sentence, but the violation of probration? depends on how the judge is feeling that morning.

Wow, as much as a dislike Lindsay, I've got to say this jewelry company sound like a bunch of thieves themselves! If I were her I'd sue them for false charges and for taking advantage of the situation. This is completely ridiculous.

I'm not a LoLo fan but this is BS what this jewelry store is doing to this girl. I hope a judge sees it the same way. She seems to want to do better to me. And I wish her the best.

Sometimes it's astounding how far up your ass your head is. Before an auction takes place, it is announced weeks/months in advance, to draw attention to it. I really doubt they are "press hungry fiends" - that would be the entire Lohan clan. Furthermore, those of you who think the store is doing anything to her are complete idiots. The store is doing NOTHING to her, they did not press charges against her, the DA's office did. Selling the tape didn't hurt the case at all, neither does this. Why people keep trying to make a big deal out of these two common occurrences is beyond me. When celebrities are involved, tapes are always sold before the case is brought to court and items involved are often times auctioned off.

  11. 11

The whole case should be a mistrial due to the fact that the jewlry store is publicizing, the tapes and now this!

There is no way that simple, thin necklace is worth that much. Not even half of it. Gold is not that expensive.

    Lindsay should buy it.
