It Ain't Over Yet! Lindsay To Be Granted A Continuance In Theft Case

| Filed under: Lindsay LohanLegal Matters

Ugh! C'mon! Can't we just get this over with already! Why are we all just avoiding the inevitable?!

Just throw her in an orange jumpsuit and be done with it! (We kid, we kid…unless she really did steal in which case we don't, we don't)

Yesterday, Judge Keith Schwartz, Shawn Holley and Danette Meyers tried to strike a plea deal for Lindsay Lohan's felony theft case while meeting in chambers, but it was to no avail. According to sources, today, the Judge will grant Lindsay a continuance to mull over his FINAL offer, which absolutely includes jail time.

Girl is between a rock and a hard place now. We don't know how much jail time the judge is offering, but we assume it has to be in the same neighborhood as the previous deal from the D.A., which included 6 months. As someone who was adamant about not going to jail, now she might have no choice but to go, especially if they can prove she did it.

When asked about her hearing, Lindsay told sources:

"I am ready for court tomorrow, and I believe that the truth will prevail through all of this."

The truth always has a way of coming out, but whether that is really what you want or not remains to be seen.

Good luck!

    she's worthless…………

I think that Lindsay needs to accept the jail time and move on. It's not like she'll be there 6 months. She'll be there less than a week.

To paraphrase Johnny Cochrane, "If the truth does prevail, your ass will go to jail!"

And yes, she'll spend 10 minutes there before they find an excuse to release her. After all, once you're in the elite "Above the Law" club aka Hollywood, you're in forever.
