Check Out The Music Video For Michael Jackson's NewHollywood Tonight!

| Filed under: Music MinuteMichael Jackson

We're glad that this is the direction that they took with this!

Check out the just-released music video for the latest posthumous Michael Jackson single, Hollywood Tonight (above)!

The clip was directed by Wayne Isham, who was responsible for the late icon's 1995 video You Are Not Alone!

Nice! We think this is a pretty solid tribute to him, and also tells a story that we think that many can relate to in this town!

What do U think?? Do U like the new MJ video??

Love it…. song reminds me a little of Billy Jean.

  2. 2

Why are they still trying?????? His CD was a major flop.
    Let him rest.

  3. 3

Michael Jackson is GONE. so noone can talk about a new video of him. it is very sad how people still beat money out of michael jackson, who IS DEAD.

  4. 4

Song is ok, video is a little mediocre.

  5. 5

love the beat this is the way where he sounds very pop

  6. 6

Damn, I thought we were rid of this kiddie toucher when he died, but alas no, his family keeps milking his dead corpse for every penny they can squeeze out of it.

I don't know who people think is singing that song, but that ain't him.

  8. 8

that does not sound like Michael!!

  9. 9

This is not even him singing!!!! How can people be so fooled???

  10. 10

Of course the CD was a flop…it was pushed out by the label against his family's wishes. It was full of songs he recorded but didn't want to release because he didn't think they were good enough. It's sad that they keep trying to make money off of him :(

With that said, I agree about it not sounding like him. Sounds kind of flat

    well…I like the song…the beat..
    I don´t know if it´s really him singing ( as people´ve already mentioned) ..
I just think that these his "post-songs",no matter how good or bad they are, will not make any impact and they will be forgotten without him…
To release any his song we would really need HIM…otherwise it will always be a doubt..

Without him any single release will not work… it ain´t legitimate

  12. 12

It IS him!!!…this is one of the songs mega producer Teddy Riley worked on…are you going to call Teddy Riley a liar?….NOW that said…I'm not a fan of what Sony has been doing with his left-over songs and etc..BUT Michael was 50 years old ya know..his voice changed a little bit..just like everybody else who sings…ughhh…also he was very versatile he could sing many different ways..and did

  13. 13

    That was nice.

I actually like the song and the cd …. I think its a good tribute to him but its not really an MJ video when he is not the one who made it.

  15. 15

I like this song. Got a really good beat and everything. Would have been nice of he had the chance to remaster it and release it when he was alive though.

  17. 17

I liked the girl, she did a good job on that.

  18. 18

Its alrgiht, but its just too hard to watch a MJ video with no MJ

  19. 19

    hahah…i was in this video.

  20. 20

    I LIKE IT!
And a lot, anyone, female or male can compare with him.
and if his Cd flop, was couse in this days many people conform with shit music.

  21. 21

hahaha i was in this video..

  22. 22

They cut out the part where he beds a cubscout

  23. 23

Why don't your videos ever work you fat pink pig?????????

  24. 24

Lmao from beyonf the grave MJ still attracts those masty haters, just say it guys you are totally obsessed with him, love the video, again from beyond the grave he still entertains more then those famous annoying pop "artists"…

Re: Joey D – true it has kinda the same beat

  28. 28

So this is what it would look like if Michael Jackson met "Flashdance". Good to know, but I'm kinda tired of the old cliché, you know, the one where the main character walks down the street where some kids are dancing (mostly poor ones) and they join in laughing and smiling? Getting old, man. It was cute once, but it's getting old.

Btw, anyone know the name of the dancer? I remember that she was part of a commercial for Nike, Adidas or whatever. She's a really good dancer.

  29. 29

Lame @ the video.. song isn't that bad

  30. 30

Actually, it was kind of nice to watch a video with a solid, easy to follow story line instead of some enigmatic music video or just mindless dancing in a club.

  31. 31

Re: Joey D – He used the Billie Jean beat lol well he can do that it's his song lol. I like the song and the girl did a nice dance tribute for MJ she was one of the dancers choosen for the This Is It concerts.

  32. 32

Just appreciate this for what it is, people. It's a tribute. It's a damn good video. This girl is very talented.

  33. 33

Re: MJJ – Yea it was nice, I guess I'm just over the 'lets dress up like MJ and dance like him' theme

  34. 34

I was just able to bring myself to watch this video a couple minutes ago. I loved the concept but to me, a MJ video is not a MJ video without Michael. Without the exception of "Man in the Mirror" This video actually made me tear up, especially when images of him were shown. It took me a good month to watch "Hold my Hand" It's just too much… R.I.P Michael and good job by the director and dancers.

  35. 35

This song is SICK!! Love it!!!

  36. 36

doesn't sound like him plus guitars & beat, total Billie jean sample…people are so easy!! MORONS!!!!!!!! he's dead, get over it!!

  37. 37

Re: raichuls13 – really? where? point yourself out…i dare you, fucking wannabe, trying to be…fuck off!!

  38. 38

i cry when i hear his music :( don't judge me lol

  39. 39

Re: raichuls13 – Twat ever bitch why did you have to put it up more then once? The song is good!!

  40. 40

The song sounds like a woman trying too hard to imitate MJ's style of singing
