Lindsay Still Refusing To Take Plea Deal!

Oh honey. No. NO! Bad idea!

Operation "Keep LiLo Out Of The Clink" is heading into dangerous waters. Sources report that Lindsay Lohan has no intention of accepting any plea deal that involves jail time, so she's dead set on taking this thing to trial to avoid it.

Thing is, if she goes to trial and she is found guilty, she be in worlds more trouble than she can possibly imagine. She'll for certain go to jail for much longer than the 19 days she'd roughly spend behind bars with the deal Judge Schwartz has offered her. (That's a 3 month sentence reduced for overcrowding.)

But Lindsay is standing firm to her convictions. She didn't do it, so why should she go to jail???

True, if you didn't do it, then you shouldn't have to serve any time. But let us ask you this all important question:

Can you prove it???

    Damn right Lindsay.
You did nothing wrong, that jewelry store is crooked.
Take it to trial and let the proscutors get their ass handed to them.
If they are too afraid to put Chris Brown and Mel Gibson in jail when they have evidence of them beating up women, then you will kick their ass no problem.
Prosecutors are 90% bullshit and bluffing and they just hope that you will take a plea deal.

The burden is on the state to prove her guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. She does not need to prove her inncocence.

  3. 3

She doesn't have to proof anything. The burden of proof is always on the prosecution. I know you know that, Prez. You just weren't thinking.

  4. 4

    Such a loser.

  5. 5

She acts like she is a perfect citizen that has done no wrong. Karma is a bitch and the judge better throw the book at her if she goes to trial. This is no normal trial either the judge just has to believe that it was more likely (51/49) she violated her parole. Bye bye Lindsay time for you to pay for your BS that we all have to listen to. The time she is gone will be wonderful for the world so we can focus on Charlie the Freak Sheen Dream Machine (yes I coined that phrase)

Legal advice from Perez Hilton? Yeah, right.
What is with all the sister wives ads? You are such a sell-out.

  7. 7

Her fake tits are too big. …anyway, despite her craziness, it does seem that she did not steal that necklace ◙

The burden is on the state to prove her guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. She does not need to prove her innocence.

I'm glad she's not taking it! I hope they lock her up until her trial on a probation violation, then convict her ass at trial then throw her in the clink for a year. Can you imagine not having to see her photos or read stories about her, Dina, Michael, and 48 year old Ali for a year?

  10. 10

When does a defendant have to prove themselves innocent. It is the government's job to prove the crime. All the defense needs to do is put forth evidence to create reasonable doubt, and there is plenty of reasonable doubt in this case.

  11. 11

you do the crime….you do the time….

  12. 12

So, Shawn Holley is telling her they can win in court. But she knows they can't. She wants Lilo to get sent to the clink because she figures she will NEVER hire her again if she loses the case. The judge has forced her to represent Lilo (she tried to quit), but Lilo won't do anything she says - like show deference to the court and wear proper attire. That's one way to ditch your client. :D

honestly, at this point it doesn't matter if she intentionally stole the necklace or not. She has f*cked up so much that she needs to intentionally stay away from stuff like this. Its like if your on probation for drug use and you can't be around known drug users, then you are out with someone that you weren't aware was a user. Your still at fault for not paying closer attention to those around you. you can't claim ignorance. She should've been more aware of what was going on and she wouldn't be in this mess. If she didn't screw up so many times before she wouldn't be in this either. She has done this to herself and should pay the consequences.

ya better loosen up that skirt hunny………….my gawd………..

  15. 15

What a Dumbo ! I bet she goes crazy in court - takes her dress off, and starts parading her snatch in front of the media. The case will be tossed out due to her mental instability, and she'll wind up at some Club Loony Bin for a month….Where she'll have all sorts of access to designer drugs……

  16. 16

Makes perfect sense, and I can hardly wait to start my shoplifting career. "Oh, that diamond in my pocket? SORRY! I forgot haha. No need to call the police right?" I'm sure that will work for me like it works for Linds.

  17. 17

HEY. Perez, you Commie. Listen up good!

The BURDEN OF PROOF IS ON THE ACCUSER. You don't ask Lindsay if she can prove it. You ask the STATE if THEY can prove it, BEYOND ANY REASONABLE DOUBT!!!!!!!!!

Do you forgot how this country works ? I'm guessing if you were falsely accused, you'd be shrieking these truths loud for all to hear!

In the US, you are INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.

Lindsay doesn't have to PROVE SHIT. The PROSECUTOR does, and they'd better do it without a SHRED of doubt!!

Re: sonick808 – Hmm, video tape shows her walking out with the necklace on, and store owner says she didn't pay for it. Sounds like theft to me. And she has a history of taking other people's things.

  19. 19

She doesn't need to prove anything.
It's the prosecution's job to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that she DID do it.
Do you have any idea how the justice system works? Clearly not.

Re: redmond – Wow Low Blow comment on a teenage sister . Teenagers have enough to deal with as it is . So uncalled for !

  21. 21

Don't take the Plea Deal Lindsay ! It is the stores responsibility to know what you have tried on . The clerk was talking and laughing with you , there were no distractions , she knew everything you tried on because she handed them to you . If she thought for a minute you took anything she would have said something .
You did nothing wrong . It's a lame attempt for the store to get free publicity !

  22. @v@ says – reply to this

    22

By not accepting, she might Finally pay for a bad decision.

  23. 23

I'm so sick and tired of her and her bullshit. She won't go accept a plea bargain of only NINETEEN DAYS?! It's not that I don't feel bad for addicts (I'm a former one, clean for 3 1/2 years) but enough is enough IS ENOUGH. Sometimes the only way out of addiction is jail, and even worse, prison. (Which Perez, prison means she's going to jail a year and a day at LEAST. Jail means 364 days…get it straight.) I have a friend that's in jail for six months for retail theft, and took a lot less than what she (supposedly) took. Send her ass to Florida. We'll set her straight. She's not even relevant at this point aside from being a hot mess, so why do people still cater to her and let her get away with things normal people wouldn't?!

  24. 24

I don't think she should have to prove her innocence. They should prove her guilt. I wish ppl would stop hating on her. Altho I would prefer her to go with a more natural look.
