    The pictures I saw were recent - not from the same set.

    This girl is either

    1) DUMB - a complete social retard who lacks fundamental understanding of human beings, thus believing the source - male or female - will never distribute them.

    2) a HISTRIONIC PERSONALITY who wields her sexuality to achieve the attention and praise she needs at any cost.

    3) a PRAGMATIST who knows releasing naked photos at key points in her career will generate publicity, and as Wilde said "The only thing worse than being talked about is not being talked about." The "leak and retrieve" strategy makes her look innocent to all but the Hollywood discerning.

    4) a contender in a photo war with you-know-who.

    The first two are pathetic, in my opinion, but with the third, I'd have respect for her in a strange sort of way. The fourth - isn't it about time to release some nude shots of Zac?

    What she is not:

    4) a victim. If she really wanted those photos, she'd sue and have the individual sign a contract wherein they can be prosecuted for their release. That obviously hasn't been done, and I doubt you'll hear this alleged lawsuit

    Okay, people saying that Zac or his team had anything to do with this are crazy. The leaked photos have NEVER benefitted him. The first time they were leaked was when he was busy with promoting the film Hairspray which he won two awards for and spending a lot of time with Nikki Blonsky (Vanessa's jeaslousy of her was rather pathetic) all attetion was alreay on Zac - until the leak then all focus goes directly to her, including having him supporting her. The second leak was when her film "Bandslam" bombed and Zac was once again in the spotlight with 17 Again and Megan Fox was showing a lot of interest in Zac (this time I understand the jealousy) all attention reverts back to her including his support. Now this third time she is no longer with Zac, her movie isn't doing well and the same day she discovers Zac has been partying with a girl that is NOT one of her friends and she has a second movie coming out, her pictures are leaked yet again. She has the attention, will she end up with his support again? My point being, everytime she is the only one who has gained something out of this experience. Yes she may hide her face or tear up (she is an actress) but is it genuine? Maybe I'm wrong. If so, then I hope she recovers and is able to move on without further damage, but it just seems a little too coincidental to me…
