We wonder if he has déjà vu!

Ryan Seacrest is normally on hand to ring in the actual New Year in Times Square, but that isn't stopping him for contributing the a fictionalized version of the holiday in the upcoming New Year's Eve, currently filming in the city, and was spotted on set yesterday (above)!

Given how funny he was in Knocked Up, we're actually kind of looking forward to him playing a fictionalized version of himself again!
