Three Unreleased Songs By Michael Jackson & Freddie Mercury Coming Soon!

unreleased mj and freddie mercury songs coming soon

VERY exciting news for Michael Jackson and Queen fans!

Back in the early eighties, MJ recorded three songs with Freddie Mercury, titled Victory, State of Shock, and There Must be More to Life Than This, but they never saw the light of day.

Now, it looks like the tracks are finally going to be released!

Here's what Queen's Roger Taylor had to say about it:

“We are now working on some never-before-released songs that Freddie made with Michael in the early 80′s. I’m not allowed to say too much about it but they sound incredible!”

Pret-ty cool! We'll def look forward to hearing these when they come out!

  4. 4

State of Shock actually was released - well, sort of. It was featured in Micheal Jackson's Moonwalker. It's awesome! And I can't wait to hear it in full as only a bit of the chorus was played in the movie.

Love anything Freddie Mercury does! Still mourning his passing. Have to ask, why now? These recordings are 25 years old. Makes me wonder if Michael didn't want them released but now that he's gone …

  15. 15

This might be the most exciting I've heard in a long long time.
LONG LIVE FREDDIE MERCURY.. oh and MJ.

  16. 16

I have State of Shock and More to Life.

  17. 17

State of shock was originally recorded with Freddy but word has it that MJ felt uncomfortable with Freddy sniffing gack in the bathroom so he was replaced with Mick Jagger. State of shock appears on the Jacksons Victory album not just as a sample on Moonwalker.

Re: duelastar – me too!!!! :) love Freddie!!

  23. 23

I'm in a state of shock hearing this! How do these songs never surface?

  24. 24

Freddie Mercury…sigh! LOVED HIM. Like MJ, he was extremely gifted. His performances, song and concert videos, voice! No one can ever replace him in the same magnitude. Also Queen, as they were, can never be replaced…they are one of the best rock bands of all ages! Each member contributed their incredible talent to make them who they were. Every song sounded so uniquely different, but you still knew it was them…not like today's artists where a lot of their songs sound the same.
