Yeah, don't expect Gwyneth Paltrow to be going anywhere anytime soon. She's got an open invitation to star on Glee whenever she wants!
As reported earlier in our Paleyfest exclusive, Glee creator Ryan Murphy revealed that Gwyneth will be returning to the show in Season 3. After the panel was over, Ryan elaborated to sources about how important Gwyn has become to the Glee team, especially to the writers. He revealed:
"Gwyneth is sort of the muse of the show. I'm friendly with her. And [fellow executive producer] Brad [Falchuk] has become quite friendly with her … She's also somebody who I write [to] on the weekends and say, 'What do you think about this for an episode even if you're not in it?' She has opinions. She's great."
Mmm! Interesting! We would have loved to have known her thoughts on this past episode! Did she love it as much as the rest of us did!
Personally, we're more partial to Kristin Chenoweth's character, but in all honesty, Holly Holiday has grown on us. So long as she's not in EVERY episode next season, we could be down with her presence and input being a constant.
