LiLo's Thinking About Taking The Plea Deal!

| Filed under: Lindsay LohanLegal Matters

Smart girl! We knew she'd come around!

Despite her reported refusal to cooperate, sources close to Lindsay Lohan have revealed that she is FINALLY starting to realize that she can't avoid jail time, and is now "seriously considering" Judge Keith Schwartz's plea deal in her felony grand theft trial.

The formerly hard-pAArtying starlet is STILL maintaining her innocence in the whole mess, but has now begun to realize that a three month jail sentence - which will most likely get reduced to 19 days due to overcrowding - is a lot safer than the risk of a more severe sentence if she actually does go forward with the trial!

Well, she's got until Wednesday to make up her mind. Here's hoping that she makes the right choice!

I find it so hilarious, but in a sad way that EVERY story TeeM Zee reports, you come and post the exact same thing, but just 6 hours at least later. So your hired monkeys just sit there waiting for them to report a story, then they post it…pretty sad if you ask me.

BULLSHIT!! Not that "considering" means anything. She prolly considered washing her hair today too. BFD!

Re: sensfan999 – I don't think Perez has had a single original post in quite a long time (excepting Lady Gaga of course) all his post come from other web sites, no he doesn't even bother to change the language just cut and paste. It would be nice if Perez started to give credit to who he steals from and credit the correct people on U- Tube videos as well.

I think a little more prison time might just put the finishing touches on fixing this mess. Seriously, she and Charlie have got to hook up.

What I want to know is where does this amazing mathematical equation come from: 3 months = 19 days? People get sentenced to 90 days, every day, and they do every minute of it. There's no over crowding clause for the average guy. So if this equation applies, that means that when Lindsay kills someone driving drunk and gets five years for vehicular homicide, that she will do about 8 months and thats with out good behavior. Is that what it is going to take for her to do any real time? Muliple probation violations for two DUI's,two possesion of cocaine charges, all that shit with hijacking a car with people in it and felony theft gets her 19 days? And when she comes out the slates wiped clean? Something is very, very wrong with this. And to top it off, she's having a hard time making up her mind whether to take the deal or not?
She is no longer a child star. This is an adult making pychotic decisions. Why doesn't she have an interlock device in her car? EVERYONE that gets multiple DUI's has to get one except Lindsay?

Re: bulldoggydog – that's not true. The average person in california gets the same amount of time Lindsay would. California has overcrowded jails.

Okay not that it makes me look good, buuut I was just at Lynwood, and honestly no one and I mean NO ONE, from public defenders, bailiffs, inmates, judges or sheriffs can tell you what percentage is going on. Trust me. I got 180 days for something (oh btw a girl stole 300 bucks worth of stuff from target and they're threatening her with 11 years so this lilo thing is a joke), and I was told 10, 12.5, 15 and 20 percent. 30 percent for violent crimes and 85 for felonies, with my pd saying it wouldnt be more than half. But a girl was in there and served 70 days off a 180 day sentence, another girl served 9 days off the same. Girls were in there for two months off 90 days and others were sentenced to 15 days and released that night. In the end, I served 14 days, which is LESS than the lowest possible, 10 percent and I don't know why or how they chose this and no one else does. They will let you out when they want. Oh and by the way, Lynwood isn't that crowded right now.

Re: JCPiscool – And reason why they have over crowded jails is simple They keep putting people that are of no real threat to society behind bars. Hit those people with fines and community service, or hell enlist them into the national guard or optional US Army. There are just so many better options then jail.

dcultravillian: thanks for the insight…here in florida, we have PLENTY of room in our jails. Nobody gets out a second before their time is up. I guess the laws in Cal. are just different. If you violate your probation in florida, there is no bail or bond. You go straight to jail and finish out your original sentence. If you get sentenced to two years for 2nd dui you usually get 2 years of probation. Violate your probation and it's straight to jail for the remaining time. No back and forth to court, no deals, no secret confrences between lawyers and judges. STRAIGHT to jail !! See ya in a year. No going home and turning yourself in at your convenience. From court room to jail!!No matter how much your lawyer cost or who you are. You do the crime..bet your ass, your gonna do the time.

Re: Nathiestx – Right on, Nathiestx!!!!! You are so right about this. Start a movement. :)

NOPE, if she is innocent, she should fight it! I was skeptical at first, however, I don't think that the video is conclusive and the actions of the store owner of selling that video and shopping a book deal all work in the girl's favor. Stand up for justice LL. When you win, it will be the absolute best move for your career.

Someone please tell her about push-up bras!!! She is only 25 and her boobs are down to her knees!

The film proves that she did not steal it!
The clerk sees her leaving wearing it and even holds the door open for her.
The stylist seemed to appear to take care of the transaction while she was on her phone.
The store changed the price from $850.00 another customer was quoted for it to make it grand theft.
The store is the guilty party. They cooked up this whole thing for publicity!
Their employee let her leave without paying??? Why did they not just call her and give her a chance to pay for it quietly???
Maybe they told her it was $850.00 when she tried it on and then wanted a much higher price to keep it quiet and Lindsay did not want to pay their blackmail to hush it up. This whole thing has been blown way out of proportion. If it was anyone else it never would have been on the news. Unfortunately the L.A. D.A. has nothing better to do than harass Lindsay Lohan.
Lindsay was smart to turn the necklace over to the police not the store. if she had returned it to the store they probably would have lied not getting it back.

'Doing what's right' is her decision, and 'what's right' is for her to determine.
