Good for him! Leave the past behind and move on to something more (less?) challenging!
Next week, Two and A Half Men
former star Jon Cryer will join an astoundingly talented cast in a semi-staged production of Company for the New York Philharmonic. Jon will be taking on the role of David, the pot-loving close friend of lead protagonist Robert, who will be played by the phenomenal Neil Patrick Harris.
Oh, it gets better! Rounding out the rest of the cast will be Christina Hendricks as April, Katie Finneran as Amy and Jennifer Laura Thompson as Jenny! And expect to see some other famous faces grace the stage during the performance, including Anika Noni Rose, Stephen Colbert and the incomparable Miz Patti LuPone.
So much talent…how will they fit it into one room! Cue us praying that PBS brings some cameras along so we can watch this at home!
The show will run for a limited engagement from April 7 through 9. If you are in the NYC area, we advise you to seriously consider trying to catch this show!
Stephen Sondheim's words coming out of Patti LuPone's mouth! Glorious!
