Oh man! This is HUGE!

Both Ricky Gervais and Will Arnett have been confirmed to appear in Steve Carrell's last episode of The Office, which will air toward the end of the current season!

Although there's been no official announcement as to who will be succeeding Carrell's Michael Scott as the regional manager of Scranton's Dunder Mifflin branch, there have been countless rumors that Arnett would be taking over for him, as well as speculation that Gervais would bring his character from the UK original series, David Brent, over to the states as his replacement - especially after his cameo earlier this year!

Looks like they're going to keep us guessing until the very end, which is fine by us!

We'd be thrilled with EITHER of them full-time!

What do U think?? Should Will or Ricky take over for Steve?

OMG WILL ARNETT WOULD BE PERFECT

It should be David Brent but I expect to be dissappointed and have them replace Michael Scott with Will Arnett's character

WILL ARNETT!!! Wow, if he takes over I might just have to start watching The Office again. It's been pretty horrible the past couple of years. I loved Will Arnett in Arrested Development!! Gob was my favorite character from the show.

"It aint easy being white/ It aint easy being brown/ All this pressure to be bright/ I got childrens all over town/ Sometimes — hey where'd the guy go?"

It will most probably be Arnett

i wouldnt mind either of them replacing steve carrell. will arnett's character was one of my favorite characters on arrested development, and ricky was one of the best parts of the british version. either would do great!

Arnett would be AMAZING! I vote him!

For some reason, earlier in the season, I thought maybe it would end up being Todd Packer (David Koechner). He did appear on the last episode looking for an office job and the gang tricked him into going to Corporate. Who know's? Maybe Jo will take a liking to him and promote him.

Please, please, PLLLLEASEEEE let it be Will Arnett!!!!!! That would be AWESOME!

ok, here is what they should do: have the Bluth Company by Dunder Mifflin and then have Gob come and run the branch - I would LOVE to have the Gob character back on tv in any way possible!

David Brent is by far the creepiest and best boss on The Office. Bring him to the US version, please!!

Ugh. I can't stand Ricky Gervais. Why does he have to be on Steve's last episode!?

Will Arnett. Let's give him a shot. I love that man, he owns every role he steps into- and I'm thinking Gervais had his time in The Office.
    Let's go Arnett!!!
