You Can't Fool Charlie, Warner Bros! Sheen Calls For A Public Trial

| Filed under: Legal MattersCharlie Sheen

charlie sheen wants a public trial with warner bros

Don't think Charlie Sheen doesn't know what you're up to, Warner Bros!

He KNOWS that those private arbitration judges are in cahoots with WB, and THAT'S why he wants this trial to go public!

…Okay, so maybe Charlie's concerns about his Warner Bros trial sound a bit conspiracy-theory-like….but the fact is, he's suing them for $100,000,000, so clearly he's gonna do whatever it takes to increase his odds of winning a favorable outcome.

Instead of $100 mill, maybe WB should just hand over one of their lesser signature characters to Charlie and call it even.

How ’bout Pepe Le Pew? We haven't heard any updates on him since October, so clearly WB doesn't care TOO much!

Do U think Charlie is being paranoid about his WB trial concerns, or are his worries legit?

And how would U like to see Charlie take control of Pepe Le Pew from here on out? LOLz!

…Le Sigh…

CS has an excellent employment claim against WB and OF COURSE he wants a jury trial. Most plaintiffs want a jury trial, most defendants don't. He would be a fool to agree to arbitration (if not contractually obligated). It will place him in a better negotiating position closer to trial (as most defendants will do anything to avoid a jury). It's a standard move, not paranoid at all. He's aggressively suing them, not inviting them to a dinner party.

Stop hating on Pepe Le Pew!

Oh and PS - arbitrations are private in that no documents are available for public review. A jury trial, on the other hand, is public domain. Anybody and everybody will be able to read the pleadings, allegations, answers and hearing transcripts if they want. (unless of course there's a gag order - doubtful). CS has been pretty open to say the least and probably has nothing to hide. WB on the other hand - not so much. His lawyers know what they're doing.

great to see all these millions going to lawyers instead of trust funds for his kids. What a douche. He will lose. i read the contract on the Smoking gun and I am a lawyer. It stipulates, quite clearly by mutual consent that any litigation go to the company in question. He wanted that clause in there. I wish he would shut the fuck up and go to reruns already.

Let's go public– I have nothing to hide as the video footage clears me. I have contacted the United Nations and that is as public as you can get. Facts: they violated me, Rob Thomas naming his 1st band Tabitha's Secret proves he will testify to Tabitha's involvement & my relatives involvement as well as the other idiots involved. For the last time, all video footage clears me, Im taking the money & they will be put to death for their crimes against humanity. Guys whom will verify everything I say (just a few not listing everyone): guys from Def Leppard, Rod Stewart, Rob Thomas and his father, Billy Joel, police officers, military personnel, etc… Tabitha, my relatives & the others will be put to death & Im taking the money & not allowing anyone to fake their death. Sincerly, Dianna Kirkland

Charlie Sheen should get at least 100 million plus paid per episode which remains in his contract– at the very least. As for me, Im excited, Im getting tons of money soon, all the retards will be put to death, & my dreams will be fullfilled! Life is great for me.

They SHOULD make it public - I'd watch that! 'Judge, they knew I was banging 7 gram rocks - that's how I roll!'

In other words, he (or his lawyer) knows he has a losing case under the law. So he wants to sway public opinion by making the issues public - and letting him continue his nutso act in a legal context. A judge would be mad to let this case get that out of control.
