What? Were you expecting a pumpkin and some mice? This is a real life princess, people! Get it together!

All the fine details are coming together as we get closer and closer to Prince William and Kate Middleton's big day, including how the future princess will be making her grand entrance to the church! If it's sunny and clear, Kate will be brought from Westminster Abbey in this 109-year-old State Landau carriage, which was built for King Edward VII and frequently used by Queen Elizabeth when visiting heads of state. If the skies turn to grey and rain looks like it is impending, Kate will ride in the same glass Coach that carried William's mother, Princess Diana, on her wedding day.

We don't want to put it out there, but we must - we really want to see her ride in the glass Coach. There! We said it! We'll take the heat if it rains on their wedding day!

But even if it doesn't, we know she is going to look simply gorgeous no matter what ride she takes!

What a simply marvelous day it is bound to be!

Hate to break it to you, but she's not going to be riding to the Abbey in the carriage. She's going to arrive in a car, and leave in the carriage with William. Get your facts straight.

She's going to arrive at the Abbey in a Rolls Royce, and leave the Abbey in a carriage with Prince William. Jesus do some research will you..or, read some Newspapers other than the National Enquirer.

I don't get why you are so excited about all of this. Didn't America get rid of the Royals when they decided to say "bye bye England"? Also, given the fact that this is the UK and April it's likely that the weather is going to be rubbish anyway (and I say that as a Brit).

I'm sorry but am I the only one that is sick and tired about getting daily updates on this wedding? I wish them the best but please….

This is new news people, the queen got to kate and has apparently been miffed about the Kate picking a car vs. the glass coach (because it was trendy). Now tiz the carriage once again, she rules the roost and won. She is after all footing the bill to this costly event and should have some say. People read your news before you say Perez doesn't read his.

Re: Scarlett30ca – The Queen probably informed her of and appealed to Kate's sense of tradition, which the use of that carriage is. I highly doubt it's Liz 'ruling' Kate's roost because she's the wallet. Kate's parents are said to be kicking in a tidy sum as well. Kate is bright, happy and copacetic and probably loves the idea of most of the tradition herself.

Re: Scarlett30ca – Actually she is not footing the bill to this alone! The taxpayer was of course asked nicely for their contribution and Kate's family are also contributing. Not so bad really (about the queen footing the bill) as this would be the first large Royal wedding they would have ever shelled out for. Even Charles and Di's wedding bill was footed by the downtrodden masses. Considering all we get for this is a public holiday which not all companies are actually giving their staff they aren't getting a bad deal (the Royals, not the workers).
