Chris Brown's Probation Officer Will Be Looking Into GMA Tantrum

Chris Brown The Window Had It Coming

Good.

Experts believe that Chris Brown's probation officer will be taking a close look at the tantrum that he threw at the GMA office this morning.

Even if legally no charges are pressed, it looks like the probation officer still has some courses of action.

The main worry for the officer is to find out why he acted this way and allegedly broke the window, in case there are probation-breaking circumstances that led to the fit.

Here's what was said:

"It's just not breaking the window that's problematic. The behavior itself is problematic. It's difficult to say if it will actually be a violation [of probation] — he may have an opportunity to present whatever kind of defense he has. But it will definitely capture the attention of his probation officer, who will take a look at it and probably have a talk with him about it."

We hope he does take a look at it, because something is definitely not right with that guy!

He continues:

"The bigger question is, 'What's going on in his mind, and why is he reacting like this?' And is there anything that's destabilizing his life and that would itself constitute a bigger violation of his probation? What's causing the reaction is something that the probation officer's going to be very concerned about."

Whatever it is, it should be dealt with.

The broken glass hazard to the crowd below the window should be enough for someone to do something. What if the next time he loses it he loses it towards a person?

Someone needs to show him that his actions have consequences!

Like he'll actually face some consequences. A slap on the wrist, "don't do that anymore", and a little bit of public remorse. That's all we'll see happen. When you have fame and money, you get to do just about anything you want. If he were a regular person, he'd already be in jail or have been fined for the damage and public endangerment.

  2. 2

    HE'S A FUCKING PSYCHO . . . HE NEEDS HELP

  3. 3

you should study government. there's a law specifically for public figures when it comes to crime and punishment.

  4. 4

I DO understand his actions are a bit juvenile, BUT i understand also where he's coming from. He made a mistake, a huge one at that toward a woman (in which i'm not fond of at all, but that's beside the point) and he suffered consequences. May not have been what people have liked because some people are a little extreme but he did do his time, whatever the case may be. BUT DAMN PEOPLE, it's been two years. The boy went to anger management, did community service, suffered public retaliation and STILL it has to be harped on today. He tried to be nice about it during his interview by changing the subject, but of course for TV they kept pressing the matter. I'd be pissed too if I'm trying to pass a bad decision I made in my life to continue and better myself when people keep bringing me down. He broke down. EVERYONE DOES IT. We're human. Let the boy live his life. Rihanna's not even harping on that past so WHY ARE YOU? damn…

  5. 5

    douche.

  6. 6

why dont u shut up about this there is bigger news to talk about like shit i dont see u putting/talking about his new music video that was just released today!
or how well his album is doing!? nothing!
i still say he was trapped and provoked and as any person would holding in anger/emotion will just lead to an out burst! and people like u only talking about the negative n not the positive! like the interview he was there to talk about his album n they didnt talk anything about it!
    so stupid….

  7. 7

It's funny how that crack-head Charlie Sheen can damn near kill his wife with a knife and you guys laugh and think he's the next best thing to white sliced bread but as soon as Chris reacts to yet another media attack on his PAST…you all want to call him psycho and he should be locked up! Give me a damn break! Be careful for wishing ill will on others because kharma is a bitch! At least he fulfilled the punishment for his crime and has tried to make amends. Just another Black man for you guys to add to your hate list, meanwhile the world is full of white celebrity idiots who get away with murder!

  8. 8

Hey, Chris, have fun in the orange jumpsuit picking up trash on the side of a highway…AGAIN. LOL Probation means you keep your nose clean. It doesn't mean you flip the fuck out when an interview doesn't go your way.

  9. 9

he's an ass with a temper. i live in delaware and work at a place called grotto pizza, and a few years ago (before the rihanna attack) he came in to order some pizzas and we were about to close and the manager said no and he flipped out and started yelling. then grabbed the girl he was with by the arm and drug her out of the place. he is such an ass and will never change. he did what he did and he has to deal with the fact that ppl are always going to question him about it and talk about it.

I saw the pics over on another web site and it's the window of the building. I thought maybe it was some kind of interior window or glass or something. It's the big window that insulates the building. That takes tremendous force, buildings are strong. That's felony vandalism and I would be sitting in jail now if I had done that, and I'm not on probation. Sorry CB but it is what it is.

  11. 11

Re: Chrissy1988 – lmao yeah i'm sure that REALLY happened…

  12. 12

Re: shutdafkup! – you are so right. he's done PLENTY of interviews that were calm about the situation with Rihanna. talked ’til they couldn't talk anymore. but what happens when a fly keeps buzzing around you, aggravating the living shit out of you? you're eventually going to go crazy. it gets annoying. it's old. But Charlie Sheen does some whacked out shit for over 2 DECADES now and no one does a thing but go around saying WINNING every five seconds. Lindsay Lohan has fucked her career over completely and will continue fucking her life up publicly but she'll always find a way out. We can all sit and laugh about them and make them the victim in their own shit. But the second Chris Brown comes out trying to somewhat redeem himself, he gets SHIT ON. it's sickening already. I'm not a fan of his, but what's right is right. He fucked up, he's trying to get over it but you harass and this is what you get from emotion. everyone has it. and i bet half you people have done something where you blew up and couldn't control your anger for a split second. WHATEVER. Let's get to some actual news…

  13. 13

This sorry little bitch…………he has no talent, and he has to lash out when he gets touched………….I will challenge ANYONE to take a listen to ANY 90's jam…….especially when a woman is singing, and it will be ten times better than awful Chris Brown……..examples: technotronic-pump up the jam……Oh hell, if I have to go there then we know we have a problem……..

  14. 14

No, totally, it's a completely normal reaction to throw chairs! I throw chairs every time I get upset. Oh wait, I'm not an animal, so that's not an appropriate reaction? How weird…
What is wrong with you people?!?!? Any man who hits a woman once will do it again. That's the fact of the matter, so accept it. No real man will EVER hit a woman. EVER. EVER EVER EVER EVER. If a "man" can do it once, HE WILL DO IT AGAIN. PERIOD. GET OVER IT. I'm sure the same people saying that he can "change" are the same people who think that child molesters just need therapy. You're all ridiculous.

    CHRIS BROWN IS AN ANIMAL.

  15. 15

Chris Brown paid his debt to society. He has apologized publicly numerous times and he has given everyone a chance to interview, bash, and judge him. This was 2 years ago, GET OVER IT!!! I don't blame him for snapping. He is trying to move on with his life and people want to keep harping on this issue. He doesn't want to talk about it anymore and Rihanna isn't talking about it anymore, so why the hell are we still talking about it. The last time I checked, he didn't whip my ass and he didn't whip yours either, so butt the fuck out!!! As a victim of domestic violence, I can say that once I got out of the situation, I didn't want people bringing it up all the time! It's hurtful and people need to mind their business. Chris and Rihanna are human and they have feelings. By publicly punishing Chris Brown, we are forcing Rihanna to relive the trauma all over again. So to all you judgmental, no life bastards, get off your damn high horses and get a life while you're at it!!!

When myriads of rock stars trashed hotel rooms a decade or two ago, people just rolled their eyes, chalked it down to temperamental musician/rock stars, and presented them or their management with the bill. He has to pay the bill, at the very least. There are bigger things with disastrous consequences happening out there that all of the oh-so-politically correct crowd are doing nothing about.

  17. 17

Re: shutdafkup! – This is about Chris Brown not Charlie Sheen

  18. 18

perez…how would you feel is no one ever let you down your f*gg*t comment to will.i.am and never gave you a second chance for all the "bullying" you committed to all the celebrities in the past?

  19. 19

OMG WHO CARES…THIS IS WHAT EVERYONE WANTED, SO I DON'T GET WHY YOU'RE ALL UPSET!…………………..#TEAM BREEZEY

  20. 20

    …………..SO

  21. 21

Re: Cookiekp – that was a fun song. now i have to go to you tube and find the video. and your right, its way better than anything chris brown can ever summon up.

  22. 22

He should have to pay for ALL damages. When I worked at the Warfield Theater in SF
ANY band who trashed OUR dressing rooms not only had to pay for damages and repainting, but also were given a verbal beat down by our Backstage manager.
Funny, it was only the dumb ass newbie stars that would behave so juvenile.

    23

Yes, it's all about second chances, dusting off and getting up. yet are we promoting turning a blind eye to behavior of people, it's enough already. i mean what a ridiculous approach to our society - having a HABIT of violence stare you in the face repeatedly-currently, and then to downplay it, that is simply irresponsible. NO- scream that he needs help- beyond anger managment, there is a serious problem here - RAGE. He wasn't drunk or high, he had JUST performed, i mean that is rage, he was brewing, and that is seriously frightening. It would be irresponsible to the people walking on the sidewalk whom could have gotten injured as a result of this episode, from falling broken glass - that's today - that's now - that means - it's not over. And if he is jealous of the media spin spotlight the drug and alcohol addicted charlie sheen received amongst his demons and effect of mental capacity, then that should tell you a lot, and exactly where this young man's denial is. i just hope he does turn it around and finds some peace, he's a good talented guy, he's just got to face the rage for real.

  24. 24

hell leave him alone i hate him but he did what he was taught to do not hurt people he punched or threw a chair at a window.

    he did not hurt anyone.

and heis right it was over a year ago . and honestly we all know she deserved far worce then a smack.

she should get on her knees everyday and thank god he smacked her.
if he had not she would have faded faster then a pet ladybug in the usa.

most people had np idea who the hell she was until she bated him to smack some sense into her.

  25. 25

JUST SEND THE DOUCHE BAG TO LIBYA. THAT'S THE SOLUTION RIGHT THERE. THE TABLOIDS NEED NOT WORRY… I'M SURE WE'LL GET A YOUTUBE OF THE FUNERAL FROM A GHADDAFI LOYALIST. NEXT!!

  26. 26

GLOOM Morning America wants it both ways. They want to trot him out on stage to entertain the masses and get to embarrass him over something in his past that he has OFFICIALLY served his time for. At his latest court appearance the judge commended him on his good work & behavior. He sat pretty well reserved as robin questioned him. He was a gentleman as a matter of fact. I am really saddened by the line of questioning by robin who I USED to have a lot of respect for. Too purposely derail an important day for someone is despicable. The Today Show is looking like a better alternative for now.

Chris Brown has anger issues, Perez has bullying issues. Both are in denial and have slipped up despite trying to change….sort it out.

jail this wanna be thug. he's a punk.

  30. 30

Re: uhlyssahh – the anger management you mentioned should have made him manage his anger, instead of acting violently on it

  31. 31

Re: shutdafkup! – it's people's right to ask. his probation is still in effect, so its not the PAST. If he doesn't want to take the chance with his anger, he shouldn't do interviews. But he cant expect the world to react according to how he likes or wants.

  32. 32

This guy is NFG. Nut job.

  33. 33

Re: intellect – he did not pay his debt to society if he's still on probation. Probation means you have to be extra careful to avoid what got you in trouble (drugs, DUI, anger,…), it is the alternative to being in jail. So, no, he didnt pay his debt yet, and when his debt is probation and anger management, it means what he did is a slap in the face of the system that allowed him to avoid jail.

  34. 34

Apparently his anger management classes did him no good. The incident with Rianna may have happened 2 years ago but he obviously still has rage issues. So really, nothing has changed imo.

  35. 35

I love the commentators who act like they don't have a f…ucking past with mistakes. Stop judging people… Chris is trying to move on…but the MEDIA wants to keep PROFITING by talking about the same crap that happened two years ago. Yes..he could've handled the situation better.but he's still young and learning. Just like Chris, I'm ready to move on.

    36

We need to stop talking about this guy so he'll go away. Don't promote his album, report on his antics and no one will buy his shit. The animal belongs in jail.

  37. 37

Re: enjoey – Robyn was hard on Chris because she was widely criticized for going soft on Tiger Woods.

  38. 38

I am so sick of all these celebrities getting away with all this bad behavior, and ABC not pressing charges is bull shit too. If it were me that broke one of their windows they would surely be pressing charges. Throw his ass in jail. He is nothing but a punk MF. Can't stand him. someone should beat on his ass once.

  39. 39

he just did it on purpose to get publicity and it worked
I would be curious to know if he sold more cds … it is all hype

  40. 40

the big difference between this guy and charlie sheen is simple
charlie is likable and able to make fun of himself
chris brown hasn't mastered this yet

  41. 41

Women should stay away from both Charlie Sheen and Chris Brown. The difference between the two - Chris Brown could kill somebody - but not himself -if he gets angry enough. Charlie is irrational - tough to say if he needs medication or he is overdoing it…

  42. 42

Re: mediterranean – Nicely said! He's 2 years in on a 4-year probation, so 'it's not over yet'. And for those folks saying rock stars bash hotel rooms, that's what they do- that happens due to drinking & having 'a good time', not usually because someone got their 'wittle feewings hurwt'. I was ready to welcome Chris back into my repertoire, he's a phenomenal dancer, but until he shows some humility, I'll be avoiding him.

  43. 43

I'm not going to pretend like I don't hate chris brown, because I do, but seriously, for his own well being his probation officer should step in to get him some help. If he keeps living with the kind of anger he displayed yesterday and in the past, he is going to hurt someone a lot worse than he did Rihanna.

  44. 44

Perez is so stuck on CB lol!! He worships other sleezy celebs who have REPEATEDLY made asses of themselves and have had major media melt downs.. (Amy Winehouse, B Spears, Demi Lovato, Lindsay Lohan, Charlie Sheen, Courtney Love etc) but if you aren't in Perez's in crowd (aka paying him lol) then you don't get your shit spun the right way.. Either way- I'm team breezy all day- we all act irratically at times (i cant say i've never been angry, frustrated and acted in a way i find childish) its just a lot different when your ENTIRE life is played out for the public to see.

  45. 45

Re: shutdafkup! – I agree with you.. Although I wouldn't have gone the step to include race.. but Up until that point.. I am 100% with you on this.. so many damn double standards. ESPECIALLY when it comes to the women in hollywood.. they can almost kill people… get dui's and endanger so many lives.. but thats ok.. because "they were under a lot of stress" and all they need is rehab and a fresh start.. fkn shame!

  46. 46

Re: Chrissy1988 – Cmon now.. you know thats a lie.. he randomly grabbed a girl by the arm and drug her out? You really believe that- & you don't think that would have been reported? BULLSHIT. And if it was CLOSED- how was he able to walk inside? Your story has a lot of holes in it.. And besides.. Do you really expect people to believe that some pizza shop wouldn't have made a special consideration (and charged him a lot more) for some pizza pie.. lets be real.. we all know celebrities get special treatment and when business owners see dollar signs.. they aren't going to say no.

  47. 47

Re: goodgirl! – Dumbass nubie stars? Seriously… Dressing room thrashing was the norm for WELL KNOWN rock bands… and they brag about it and chalk it up to the rockstar get wasted out of our minds on drugs and booze… and just pay for it all and its all good. Your comment is illogical because time has shown & even the rockstars themselves will attest to this. But I guess Guns and Roses and Motley Crew and bands like that were all nubies… :)

  48. 48

Re: littlemissfob – Charlie Sheen shot an ex.. and put the knife to anothers throat.. but yet Chris Brown is the one that could kill someone? Fact check time sweet heart.

    Re: angelwolf333
What the hell do you mean " we know she deserved far "worce" then that?
Get a dictionary you misogynistic tard!

  50. 50

Re: mediterranean – Hello mediterranean. I am well aware of the definition of probation. By "paid his debt" I meant he has been held accountable for his actions. As far as paying society, he never owed me anything. Like I said in my original post, He didn't whip my ass and he didn't whip yours either. People put celebrities on a pedestal, for some reason, but they are human beings. For some reason we invite ourselves into their private lives. Women are battered everyday by people we all know, but their private business doesn't make headlines. Nobody says, "oh no, the garbage man beat up his wife, so I'm not going to let him pick up my trash anymore!" Please raise your hand if you've never made a terrible mistake in your life….I'm waiting…….that's what I thought. Get the fuck outta here!!!

  51. 51

Re: didntneed2seethat – So as long as people are being destructive for fun, it a-ok, right? Maybe Chris Brown should've said "yup, I beat the hell out her because I was drunk and having a good time!!!" Apparently you've been living under a rock if you think this whole thing is about hurt feelings. I'm sorry that you don't have any life experience. As far as you avoiding him for his lack of humility, big freakin' deal. He doesn't owe you a damn thing except for good music. That's it! Please stop overestimating your importance in his life.

  52. 52

  55. 55

lohan can speed, run people over, steal jewlery, britney can attack press, we won't even mention charlie sheen, eminem pistol whip someone, kobe bryant rape a woman, and the list go on. They were all allowed to haved a second chance and live their lives. Riri let it go-and people if he were a regular person he would not be in jail! People have done a lot worse than fight with their girlfriends and are still walking the streets.

  56. 56

I BELIEVE CHRIS BROWN NEEDS SOME ANGER MANAGEMENT CLASSES. FOR HIM TO BEHAVE IN THAT SORT OF WAY IS UNACCEPTABLE. I MEAN, C'MON, YOU GOT A HOT ALBUM OUT RIGHT NOW WITH 4 BIG HITS & YOU WANNA WILD OUT LIKE THAT, MAN? THEN AGAIN, THE NEWS REPORTER SHOULDN'T HAVE BROUGHT BACK UP THAT "RIHANNA & CHRIS BROWN" SAGA BECAUSE HE'S WAY PAST THAT. THAT'S THE REASON WHY HE OVERREACTED THAT WAY. PLEASE, CHRIS BREEZY, DON'T YOU PULL A BOBBY BROWN STUNT.

  57. 57

    Re: shutdafkup! – PREACH!

  58. 58

Re: MsJules – SOME COMMON SENSE ON HERE FINALLY. :)

  59. 59

Okay people it's understood the kid still needs anger management help and probably some more psychological help. I never denied that. I said he's taken the step toward helping himself by BEGINNING anger mgmt.

Next, my point is made by a few people in here of course defending Mr. Sheen. We know this isn't about him but proving a point that his destructive behavior is praised while Chris Brown is constantly bashed is completely ignorant. Why is Chris Brown the only thug in our chaotic media stories? I bet if I read some comments in posts about Charlie on here, there'd be a lot giving him the benefit of the doubt. There's a difference between Chris and Charlie? YES THERE IS. Charlie clearly has psychological issues that have lingered for YEARS, atop of drug and domestic abuse. But that's okay though I assume, right? While Chris has repeatedly apologized, been interviewed, questioned, answered everything everyone has asked him, there comes a time where you sort of let it go. If we literally have to hang on to a two year old story of domestic abuse in our country, there is SERIOUSLY something wrong here…

Bottom line is, Chris does need some sort of help sorting whatever mess there is going on in his head. But in order to deal, the constant battle with media, press, haters, etc. have to somewhat let up because you can't let go and become a better person when it's being smashed in your face all the time…
