Yeah, Right! Casey Heynes' Bully Claims That He's The Victim!

| Filed under: Icky Icky Poo

What an absolute joke!

We don't buy this for a second!

Now that 15-year-old Casey Heynes became an overnight hero after a video of him fighting back against a bully went viral, his tormentor, Ritchard Gale, is now attempting to spin the story so that he was in fact, the innocent one all along.

Check out this clip of him being interviewed by Today Tonight (above)!

Clearly, this young man isn't even perceptive enough to even properly apologize to Casey without being goaded by the interviewer and his parents, let alone convincingly lie about what actually went down, so we don't think this is going to do much for his reputation.

So sad, and such a shame.

Here's hoping that he someday realizes how horrible his actions really were, and can show some legitimate remorse.

    LIAR!!

  2. 2

If Richard DID get physically abused first, he would've approached Casey in the video saying "why did you hit me?" rather than saying "you talked shit about me"…Richard is FULL of shit and he's not sorry. I think he might have a mental problem though - so maybe we shouldn't go too hard on him.

  3. 3

Was that before or after he punched Casey 3 times on the video???

Shame on this kids loser parents - it was their idea for this claim.

  4. 4

Ugh, I'm so sick of this story. Not because I think it is lame, but because no one is putting the blame in the right place. No one is sitting here seriously questioning the school and how did the school let this happen? Also, I find it hard to believe that none of the parents knew what was going on. A kid does not get this way on his own, he has to learn it from somewhere. No one in a winner in this situation.

  5. 5

That kid needs a swift kick. What a little puke.

  6. 6

I think we have more pressing things to get upset about around the world. Let's let these two kids, their parents, and the school work things out. Yes?

  7. 7

Let us not forget that these are two children. I actually feel worse for the poor father of the "bully". These are two, still developing young men, cognitively and behaviorally, and this is most likely too much stress. Thank god nobody was physically harmed. Let's leave em' alone.

  8. 8

I think the kid that was video taping the situation should get in trouble also as a bystander who did not but encourage things.

At some point that kid had to tell his friend Richard 'hey dude go hit him and I will video tape it for you. We can watch it later."

Now if that isn't causing a situation I don't know what is.

  9. 9

This Gale kid is nothing more than a little turd that should be flushed.

  10. 10

regardless of what happened, his body language says it all. He knows he was wrong, he's just being a lil bitch about it.

  11. 11

Dropping the ball huge Perez, 4-5 days old this came out.. lol but you still got me to comment so mission accomplished.

  12. 12

    LIAR! THIS BOY DISGUSTS ME!

  13. 13

This is what's wrong with this country!!!! The one doing the bullying does an about face when the child they've tormented finally stands up for himself! I will be you anything his parents are behind his "woe is me" crap!!! Kudo to Casey for doing what the adults in the school couldn't do! It's high time those that are being bullied stood up for themselves. I have been telling my son to stand up for himself as he gets bullied every day because the other kids can't deal with the fact that he's smart. He knows if he fought back he'd be the one in trouble as his school doesn't do anything about bullying! Stay strong Casey!!!

    14

Ok - these are children and we're the adults. This is the flipside of the internet. While it's great that the boy who was picked on got support, the bully DOES NOT DESERVE global condemnation. He is a child. Period. Bullies in general and the behavior deserves global condemnation. However, the bully got what he deserved when he received the direct consequence of his actions, when he was suspended and to be humiliated in front of his friends. It is gross for adults to villify children.

  15. 15

if this kid is 12 years old with an eyebrow piercing, you can tell his parents don't give two shits about how he acted let alone he feeling remorseful for what he did.

i'm sorry, but any parent with a straight head wouldn't let a 12 year old do shit like that. :/ call me old fashioned, but damn.

  16. 16

little shit is a lier! i dont buy it. he deserves more then what he got.

  17. 17

Why did you put this on your website and give him further exposure to the media? You are helping to spread his message!

  18. Waboo says – reply to this

    18

    Sociopath.

  19. 19

Such a liar. You can easily see that this douchebag is lying. This kid had his little gang with him when he started to bully Casey.

  20. 20

Oh ya, people who are in the midst of getting picked on always react by hoping around while throwing pops at their tormentor. Riiiight.

The kid got caught being a little shit and everyone can see it. YAY!! The little prick is a liar. The only reason this turned out well is because Casey had the size to do something without getting pulverized by the pipsqueak.

  21. 21

"show some legitimate remorse"?? That's rich coming from you. He's still a kid y'know. He's still in the mid stages of adolescence cognitive development. I'm sure he feels under enormous pressure right now and the last thing he needs to help him see the error of his ways, is a 33 year-old retarded attention whore judging him.

  22. 22

    Re: klingchad – Well said.

  23. 23

Re: jham – AGREED! I think you make a very valid point. This situation is extremely sad from every point of view.
Yes I commend the one child for standing up to his bully. However, now the other child and his family are being subjected to bullying and hate from people around the world. There is definitely more to this story than what was in the video, and I just feel sorry for everyone in this situation. And shame on everyone else saying such hateful and hurtful things about this child… because that makes you just as much of a bully as him, if not worse as you are adults, and he is but a child!

  24. Megz3 says – reply to this

    24

Ugh I feel horrible for both party's! I mean I feel bad that this had to happen in the first place and bullying is such an issue! I wish the kid would have at lest been sorry for his actions.

  25. 25

If you're all so disgusted by bullying, maybe you should just leave Richard alone. By saying all the nasty things about him, you're promoting the harsh effects of bullying just as much as Richard himself. Did you ever think of that?

  26. 26

hahahah, this kid got his ass slammed, but it's good he did, he was a bully and a bully thinks they are unstoppable but this little kid learned his lesson with association, punk someone and you never know if they might black out and hurt you, it's a human mechanism that triggers in times like these, I am glad that bigger kid slammed him, may all other bullies be smacked, Wait… didnt perez punk a BEP member and he got knocked out? I am just saying…

  27. 27

I will say, the boy is 12, he got what he deserved don't fuck with him any more no matter what he did it's wrong to threaten a 12 year old boy.

but either way, I still beileve he is lying.

    But leave the boy alone.

  28. 28

This is so stupid. I do not support this at all. These are two boys, despite what most believe, im sure that BOTH of them are apart of the blame. We are only seeing one side of the story. Not only that but i dont care what you say violence is NEVER the answer. Im sorry this happen to poor casey, but when he hits back he becomes just as bad as the others. They are kids. Its the adults and the schools fault that this happened. NOT the two boys.

  29. 29

you don't know that he is lying.
both his parents and casey's parents have not done a good job of parenting…don't blame the kids!
you are bullying this kid, perez!!!

  30. 30

Bullies always have that real surly/cocky/mean look about them. You can spot a kid like that immediately. It doesn't go away, either. Most of them retain that look their whole lives. It's like something isn't wired right behind those eyes.

  31. 31

His friend was taping this for a reason.. wow - I blame the parents at this point!

  32. 32

Gross that Richard kid is too skinny and has buck teeth..I'm suprised he wasn't the one being bullied by Casey. Obviously Richard has some psychological and mental issues. Glad Casey did what he did..Richard kid is a liar..and its those type of children who turn into violent adults.

  33. 33

The program is a bully itself. The show is notorious for bullying people into giving them stories and offer money for those you don't expect on TV to boost rating.

The other show got the exclusive on the victim, so this show got exclusive on the bully and tried to be fair for "everyone"!

  34. 34

Um, Perez? I think you might be contributing to a little cyber bulling at the moment. Please don't be surprised when this 15 year old boy kills himself because he thinks the world is against him.

  35. 35

this is a boy who is obviously hurting over his parents splitting up and not seeing his mother so he is acting out. its obviously not right but he needs help and not the whole world hating on him

  36. 36

Casie, the victim, tried several times to block his attacks, sort of turning his other cheek. I don't buy this little jerk's story, and shame on his crack head parents for coaching him to lie. He got what he deserved….

  37. 37

    Perez,
I know you are against bullying, and yes this child is troubled and a bully, but what are WE doing by calling him names? Bullying. He is a child. He made a terrible mistake and is now looked by the world as THE bully; the one we all want to get back at. He's not…he's a misguided and troubled kid that has the hate of the world on his shoulders. Let him be. We can support Casey and shower him with love and support without verbally abusing the other boy. Isn't that the whole lesson in this, anyway?

  38. 38

that richard gale is a LIAR, and a bad one at that. His dad was coaching him to say these things..his parents are clearly bad people…this child is seriously in need of therapy.
All of his micro expressions told that he was happy and thought it was funny to bully casey, and that he would do it again.
He has NO REMORSE no conscience…he's a SOCIOPATH.

I don't feel sorry for him at all, no one should. He enjoyed what he did to casey

Now he lies and says he was the victim? he is clearly the bully. This is the case of the small man syndrome, because he is a tiny little boy he picks on people bigger than him…he has inferiority complex.
He also looks like a rat with those teeth, kid needs a dentist badly! dont they have dental care in australia?

  39. 39

Hey Mario. You're this kid… remember when you made up that story about Will.I.Am. You're this KID, but you're an adult. How sad

  40. 40

Little prick. He's a bully, and that's all there is to it. Too bad the body slam didn't break his neck and give him something to think about.

  41. 41

They say abuse leads to abuse. This kid may have been bullied in the past, I won't deny him that. However, as a victim of bullies myself, it made me more empathetic, not less. What is troubling is this kid shows no remorse unless prompted. I have a feeling it may be too late for him. Schools should focus on a zero bullying policy before a zero violence policy….because I think in many cases, no matter where you are from, this will help decrease the violence.

  42. 42

Perez- Ritchard has some serious psychological issues, and I think it's really unfair to judge him so harshly on his actions. I agree that what he did was VERY WRONG, and I ABSOLUTELY feel for Casey, but Ritchard really needs some help as well. I believe that he was also bullied at some point in his life, and bullying REALLY LEAVES ITS MARK…whatever happened to him prior to this fight clearly had a lasting negative effect on his ability to judge the correct course of action in such a tense situation. For him to react so violently, this proves that he is having serious anxiety and confidence issues, and if anything this kid needs a friend to give him a positive solution to his anger issues, as opposed to people calling him a 'liar' and telling him 'to die'. That's only going to make Ritchard more negative…it's going to drive him further along the wrong path in life.
Please be empathetic to BOTH sides of this story. Casey did nothing wrong, and Ritchard is a bully, but Ritchard does not deserve to be blacklisted for life. He deserves a second chance, and some support. He's only a child. Thank you,
    -Eliza

  43. 43

Re: jham – Absolutely. This whole thing has turned into an absurd circus. We were wrong to jump on the bandwagon supporting Casey because the clip is only 40 seconds so it in no way is representative of the situation as a whole. I still feel like this Ritchard kid is a little prick but children are the products of their environments and their parents. He's probably having problems at home, and like someone mentioned, he's a little odd looking so he probably got teased himself. It has been proven that most bullies were at some point bullied themselves. I feel terrible for his parents, especially his dad. Poor guy probably had no idea.

  44. 44

I think this is sad and horrible. I also think its funny that the small little younger one was the "bully" and the older bigger child was the one getting bullied. but i am glad he body slammed that little rat because he deserved it! you can tell by looking at this kid, (and his eyebrow piercing?? by the way hes 12!? wtf?) that he is a little bad ass and he wants attention so hes fake crying on tv for some remorse. Idc if it is a little kid he shouldnt treat people that way and he needed to get his ass kicked.

  45. 45

I don't believe a word of this kid's story, but do feel sorry for him as he is only a young kid and the entire world hates him. Imagine the hateful things people must say to him now that he has been branded a bully? I'm sure he gets bullied now.
    This whole situation is unfortunate.

  46. 46

They're both bullies. And so are you Perez.

  47. 47

bullshit! it doesn't matter that he's a 'kid', you can clearly see him on the video intimidating casey!, you don't jump around all confident and aggrssive like that if you've been bullied first! im disgusted by it all. especially this kid and his parents, vile vile vile. TEAM CASEY! thoughts are with you darling! x

  48. 48

Ahhh… the effects of modern technology. Where one boy can bully another and within days have the whole world know about it. Yes, the kid was clearly lying. He had the event video taped and was surrounded by friends cheering him on. His dad is trying very desperately to help his image as im sure this is devastating to him. Who would want their child to be publicly scrutinized? But the bully seems to have not learned his lesson because when asked if he would bully again he said, I don't know, probably. Or something like that.

  49. 49

School's problem, at my school one girl punched a fat girl just ’cause she was fat . . . what did the school headmaster say? NOTHING!!!

  50. 50

Wow, he's an ugly litte shi+…

  51. 51

this is bullshit, this is all acting and he should be ashamed of what he did! when the guy asked him if he was sorry hes like no and he turns around and says yes ! oh please i'm sure his dad was sitting next to him telling him what to say

  52. 52

Re: xx_remix – that was exactly my thought too!

  53. 53

You're cyber bullying non-celebrity children now???! I don't care what this kid did. This is wrong.

  54. 54

Re: verta1 – Amen. This is sickkk.

  55. 55

Re: Princess of Truth – You must be Tina Gale then, that ugly woman in the video with the teeth missing? I mean that could be the only logical excuse for anyone defending that little creep, is you have to be related to him.

  56. 56

Re: yesyes – THANK YOU. This is sick. What can we do to help? Can the authorities intervene?

  57. 57

We only saw a few seconds of video. How do we know that it didn't start the other way around?

  58. 58

Both of those boys should hug and make up and then go pay a visit to the fucking dentist together.

  59. 59

This kid is a straight up bully and liar. You can tell he is lying about being bullied. Its very clear that he is NOT sorry for what he did and WHY did it take this long for him to come forward? If he was the one being bullied he should have spoken out first. When he was asked if he would " bully" again and the answer or lack thereof he gave is appalling. Shame on him.

  60. 60

This kid is fifteen with a pierced eyebrow and sporting gangta signs in his other brow. Hmmm, maybe we should look at his parents and their parenting skills.

  61. 61

With the exception of a few ADULTS in this blog who realize that they are both little kids and need guidance and help from parents and teachers at that school, the rest of you should be sad and ashamed of yourselves for acting like 12 year old bullies yourself. I can't believe the things some of you are saying about a little boy. Disgusting. GROW UP!

  62. 62

Its pretty obvious that this kids parents are lying Chavs

  63. 63

He would be more convincing if he wasnt laughing through the whole thing

  64. 64

Re: yesyes – you are so right. perez is cyber bullying a child!!! look at this parents. when a ,mother loses custody, it's usually for a very harsh reason! does he have an addict mother or an abusive mother? something caused him to be so wounded. perez you are cyber bullying this child, and one day his blood may be on your hateful hands. you have not changed…..but you really should!

  65. 65

    What a lying little shit.

  66. 66

did anyone not catch him saying "he hit me first"? seriously? if casey hit him first, he wouldnt have sat there and taken those punches from that little shit. this kid is a liar and its pathetic and sad he cant admit he was wrong. only makes casey more of a hero and him less than pathetic.

  67. 67

now that i see that lil fuckers teef, i think it woulda been a good idea to curb stomp the little bastard on that ledge, maybe then he could get his grill did.

  68. 68

I don't fully believe his claim, but he does seem like a kid who gets picked on himself for sure! Sad story all around.

  69. 69

and really? to laugh and not be sorry? my god his friend video taped this egging richard on. just sad.

  70. 70

This little shit. I hope Casey punches him in the face to push his overbite back a few inches.

  71. 71

I still think this kid is a liar. He is definitely not sorry for what he did. He was too aggressive in the video, and you could tell he was showing off for his friends. The fact that one of his friends taped the incident goes to show that he and his friends are bullies. Someone pulled one of the kids out of the way when he got in front of the camera, so it was done on purpose. I do feel bad for Ritchard's dad. He really does seem to be affected by his son's behavior. Kids can turn out rotten no matter how good of a parent you try to be. It may be the fact that he runs with a bunch of bullies and has the same mentality as his friends, but this kid is just not sorry for what he did. I know he's just a boy, but if he's this way now and not showing any kind of remorse, then he'll turn out to be a piece of shit later on in life.

P.S.-Re: Princess of Truth – What the hell is wrong with you? You are a vile creature.

  72. 72

    . .
well now, he'll be growing up to be some FINE WHITE TRASH ! wont' he ?
    . .

  73. 73

whaaa … poor bully. shame he didn't get those big crooked teeth of his knocked out when he hit the ground. oh well, maybe next time

  74. 74

I feel extremely bad for the kids family but I have no sympathy for the kid. You can tell he's putting on a show. He's rubbing his eyes but there are no tears and really, who rubs their eyes like that when they cry (unless it's a badly scripted soap-opera). Another thing, the guy who is filming the original video is the bullied friend(when the bully gets hurt he walks towards the camera and the guy holding it says are you ok?). I doubt he wouldn't have taped the other guy bullying him, he just managed to start taping when his friend was the instigator. Also, at the beginning, when the kid is "crying", he is actually smiling. I feel bad for his parents but the kid should just own up to what he did and say he's sorry.

  75. 75

i think it's pretty clear that casey was the victim after watching this. but i really hope people can watch this and realize that BULLYING WILL NEVER SOLVE BULLYING. people just need to STOP BULLYING each other.

  76. 76

No body likes him we don't care about him what he did was bad and he is a liar. The boy didn't even have a tear rolling down his face smh smh smh.

  77. 77

    Re: burgher – Completely agree!

  78. fiera says – reply to this

    78

The fact that his parents even let him go on television and say this crap shows that they are a trashy family and there is a reason why this kid is a bully. This is learned behavior from his own parents. Sad..

  79. 79

Are you serious Perez?? Ritchard Gale… "His tormentor", "he spins the story"," hopes he shows legitimate remorse someday". He is a child! You should stop having flashbacks to your own adolescent school years! Is Ritchard a victim? No. Is Casey a hero? Nope. They are children a school system failed!

Remember Perez, these are children. You are reporting on children. Using the terms "victim", "hero", "tormenter" does no one any good. Pull yourself together!!! You are an adult, an adult some children google and read! Set a better example, at least when it comes to commenting on children's behavior.

ps. Your behavior could be categorized as being a "bully" in this situation… Just saying.

  80. 80

Huge mistake to go on camera like that. They only solidified my allegiance to Casey through their answers, and now the world knows their faces.

  81. 81

    Pfff!!!!
He got what he deserved. Karma will be a huge bitch with him later on in his life.

  82. 82

Perez Hilton is cyber-bullying a non-celebrity child. Who's up to speed laws against this sort of thing? Seriously. Speak up. Copy and paste this link and pass it on to someone who can help.

  83. 83

wow. this kid not only looks like trouble but the video speaks for itself. shame on him & his parents for trying to spin the story. that poor kid was getting abused and finally took a stand and got punished for it.

  84. 84

Re: ItsJustMeInMphs – It's really sad that you feel that way, he is a child.

  85. 85

As someone who has been bullied, it is sad to take sides. There is absolutely no way that anyone will know the story behind what happened or what actually happened before those 40 some seconds of video. It is great that he stood up for himself and did that, but you cannot judge the other kid who is 15 years old and clearly has no parental guidence because his dad seems to be oblivious.

  86. 86

It would be lovely for these two to make good. But that can't happen until Ritchard actually FEELS remorse, apologizes, and knows WHY what he did was wrong. He clearly doesn't. I don't know why he can't, other than that he has justified the attack in his mind– a very dangerous habit.

To those who put responsibility on the school: the educators have enough to do. For not enough pay, complete with duties not originally assigned to teachers (bus, etc.). They're not security agents, body guards, nor enforcers of conduct outside their classrooms. Don't blame THEM.

  87. 87

    Dear Tina Gale.

I would like to congratulate you on the wonderful job you are doing in raising your son Ritchard. But it is nowhere near as good as the job Casey did raising your son into the air and slamming the little shit into the ground. I do hope it has knocked some sense into him.

    Sincerely

Most of the world (it seems)

  88. 88

i don't feel sorry for that buck toothed spaz, too bad when you hit the ground your teeth didn't get pushed back in place! nice rat tail and eye brow piercing you little rat. LIIIIIIIAAARRR!!!!!

  89. 89

and those socks aren't helping anything

  90. 90

Haha, Fat ass is a loser and a bitch for getting bullied by someone this kids size.

    #pansyassfatties

  91. 91

    Re: 4fucksake

    I completely agree.

  92. 92

Re: Stephy0509 – I accidently disliked this comment but I really liked your opinion, some people just don't understand.

  93. 93

this kid is a joke and so is his family! there only coming out now cuz there kid got caught being an asshole!!! its funny now the video doesnt show everything right?! but it was cool before this kid got his ass kicked right!! what a bunch of losers the kid for doing it and the parents for raising a horrible child!! maybe now i guess you learned your lesson since the whole world knows your a jerk!!

  94. 94

L.I.A.R! So he walks up to HIS bully and punches him the in face, then punches HIS bully 2 more times????? Um yeah…I was bullied in school and that is not what I did. I usually avoided or attempted to avoid them. JACKASS PARENTS!

  95. 95

What a little toad. His parents are useless twats too.

  96. 96

What a lot of people don't know is that violence is unfortunetely very high and considered more acceptable in Australia then any other EU or western countries, and for some reason people get away with it.

1 in 3 women are abused by their husbands and every 1 in 4 children are abused or molested by a family friend or family member or relative. Sadly enough, it's almost apart of the australian culture and it's in the peoples brash/arrogant attitude that the Australians are so well know for. No, not ”we don't beat around the bush” kind of attitude the aussi's will typically say but pure and simple arrogance that is reflected in the lack of respect they have for one another. The country got a long way to go, for one that considers it self a 'modern' day country.

  97. 97

ummm i think you guys should understand, that
    a. the boy in the video could have been much more seriuosly hurt,
    b. he has had death threats

i am not saying what he was right, but you have to sympathise with him

  98. 98

Honestly he already got what he deserved it isn't for the entire world to then go on and terrorise him.

Why is a schoolyard fight between a 12 year old and a 15 year old national news? It should be illegal until they're the age of majority. Protect the kids.
