Muggles! Accio Your Eyes To This Deleted Scene From The Deathly Hallows!

A treat for all you muggles and wizards alike! (Note: not the Charlie Sheen kind of wizards.)

Here for your enjoyment is a deleted scene from Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows - Part One. (above)

So sad…but not as sad as the scene in the book. That was gut-wrenching, with Dudley and the handshake…

Okay, we'll stop.

Thoughts???

This should have been in the movie.

In the book Petunia doesn't say anything, and it was meant to be that way! I hate how much the movies fuck everything up :/

I'm loving all these correct Harry Potter facts coming from you lately, Perez.

How was the handshake gut wrenching? did you even read the book?

The handshake with Dudley in the last book WAS heart-wrenching. It was Dudley acknowledging that Harry saved his life and that he cared about him. It was an epic moment in the book!

Should have been left in. (I don't read the books, so I'm approaching this purely from a film-goer's point of view.) The movies are VERY long, and especially meandering in the case of 7A. Similar shots, similar emotional quotients. This scene was different. Different visually, and content-divergent. Would have been nice… but so would some more screen time for Rickman! Bloody hell.

Watching the theatrical edition there's a lot missing from the book's story and their so fascinating and the movie lasted more than two hours ….i guess we'll never get enough of harry potter's movies…sniff!!

put out a uncut box set — even if each movie is 5 hours long

This should have stayed in it was such an important scene and really it was only 58 seconds.
