Real Housewives Husband Claims He's "Not Guilty" Of Latest Fraud Charges!
We reported that Joe Giudice, husband to Real Housewives of New Jersey castmember Teresa, was once again busted for fraud over the weekend after he was charged with forgery and wrongfully using the identifying information of another in an attempt to illegally obtain a driver's license in his brother's name!
He was arrested on Friday and spent six hours in jail before being bailed out for $50,000, and now we've gotten word that when he arrives in court this morning, he intends to plead "not guilty."
Seriously? AGAIN?!
Yeah, yeah, yeah, always an excuse.
This is getting ridiculous, and frankly, we think this man should be EMBARRASSED after all the nonsense he's pulled. What makes him think he can just forge his way into getting whatever he wants?!
Shameful, especially after all the financial stress he's put his family through because of this kind of behavior!

No offense, but this guy could get like ten years. Ten years for using someone else's license?? Couldn't we come up with better punishment's in this country than jail time? I for one am sick of paying taxes for new jails for stupid crap. I know we are supposed to be tough on crime, but there has to be a better way.

Why are they called "Real Housewives"? They are not real housewives. Real housewives are worried about if they should pay the electric bill or buy groceries. Real housewives have to make sure the vehicle payment is made; not which model of the newest Hummer they are gonna get. Real housewives clean their own houses, get down on their knees and scrub the toilet, cook dinner for their kids. I think all the "Real Housewives" series should be cancelled. Do a reality show about real housewives, not rich spoiled bitches.
Actually, Teresa takes care of her kids, she cooks for them, she cleans her house. But, she went shopping like crazy too. I believe now she down sized her spending, she better do. I wonder how is she dealing with all this problem. I want to watch the show and see how Teresa continue her life, pick the pieces after Joe's messed it up.
