Bummer!
Billy Joel has canceled his "emotional ride" of a memoir that was supposed to be published this coming June by HarperCollins.
Apparently, the singer had even completed the book, but has now changed his mind on releasing it. It took writing it to make him realize that he isn't interested in the past anymore.
In fact, he even said the obvious: that you can pretty much get the memoir out of his songs anyway, because they're his emotional outlet!
Oh well! We'd like to have read it, though!
