This tiny tot in tears has a dream - a dream to rule the great state of New Jersey as its governor. Apparently, someone gave him the impression that he is "too small" for the position. While that maybe true, you have to give credit to a 3-year-old who'd rather run for office at his age than play baseball or become the next Wiggle!
