Larry King's Tour Off To A Shaky Start, TWO Shows Canceled Already!

| Filed under: Media MinuteSad SadLarry KingBusiness Blitz

larry king first tour date canceled

Back in February, we were impressed to hear that Larry King was going on tour with his one-man show Larry King: Stand Up at 77 years old!

We're kind of bummed to report that if you to Ticketmaster.com, you'll see that TWO of Larry's shows have already been canceled…and his NY show has been rescheduled for NOVEMBER!

Not only that, but if you search tickets for the remaining shows, you'll see that PRIME seats pop up…

Is Larry's tour a BOMB already???

We've had our ups and downs with the guy recently, but we were kind of inspired to see how he was keeping active and continuing to expand his horizons at 77. Would be pretty sad to us if this tour is doomed before it even begins…

Do U think Larry's tour is a bomb? Or is everything going to be all right for the King?

Sad? This? The guy never had ONE scintilla of talent, not one.

It's a shame that some people don't know when their time has run its course and when to bow out gracefully. Larry's time has come and gone.

He's more likely to sing live than Britney. Jus sayin….

i'm no fan of his "softball" interviews, and i can respect the desire to continue to perform.
but who is he kidding. larry was never even mildly funny. people might laugh at him if he showed up in that leather jacket though.

perhaps he should do a double bill with Sheen, they're starting to look alike even…

Did anyone think this tour was a good idea? What on earth could the show be about? He's not an actor and he's not funny. Anytime I tried to watch his show it just seemed like he never had any idea who was in front of him and asked questions that people knew the answers of like years before-out of touch much?

only one man could do comedy past 70 and that was george burns…don rickles aint funny either, but he's got a few more jokes than "shoulda, woulda, doulda" larry…

Erudite and witty Larry could do just as well signing up as a 5 star speaker. His comedy would serve extremely him well with captive corporate and other audiences, and the coin can be amazing. Besides, if G.W. can do it…

Re: Meggie2466 – Yeah, that's true. He had like what? A 30 year run? I'm not surprised it's not going so well…but at the same time it makes me feel a little bad since I saw an interview of him saying he misses doing the show and would like something to keep busy with.
