NEW YORK, NY, April 5, 2011 – Wedding Central, the first and only 24/7 destination for all things bridal, continues to expand its royal wedding themed line-up with a new original special “Will + Kate Forever.” The one-hour special will be hosted by entertainment blogger and one of the world’s most influential voices, Perez Hilton, and feature the “best of” highlights of the royal wedding from the well-known attendees to the red-carpet-ready wardrobes. The special will premiere on Friday, April 29 at 7 pm, et/pt, on-air and online at www.WeddingCentral.com.

The special will complement the network’s live airing of the royal wedding, beginning at 3 am and encoring throughout the day, airing uncut and commercial free, on-air and online at www.WeddingCentral.com. In addition, Wedding Central will also live stream the network’s full day of royal wedding themed shows on the day of the wedding, April 29, giving young women the chance to experience the royal wedding, where and when they want. “Will + Kate Forever” will encore on WE tv.

“Whether they want to relive their favorite moments of this unforgettable wedding or forgo the

three am wake-up call and watch a one-hour recap instead, this exclusive special is the ultimate royal wedding indulgence for TV watchers and online audiences,” said Kim Martin, President and General Manager, WE tv and Wedding Central. “Adding Perez Hilton to the mix only makes this more fun, bolder and exactly the kind of pop culture take on the wedding young women are looking for, wherever they are and whenever they want to watch.”

Added Hilton: “Yes, another wedding special! There are soooo many out there, but none will be as entertaining as MINE! I’m a huge Anglophile, a fashion-lover and a very opinionated Queen – all ingredients for some delicious television!”

“Will + Kate Forever” will be an irreverent look at the royal wedding featuring all of the can’t-miss moments from the big day, interspersed with saucy commentary from pop-culture icon, Perez Hilton. As host of the one-hour special, Perez will dish on everything from the styles and trends to the guests, the crowds and, of course, the dress!

“Will + Kate Forever” is the culmination of Wedding Central’s six-day on-air takeover, ROYAL WEDDING PARTY, airing Sunday, April 24 – Friday, April 29. The extravaganza will feature back-to-back royal wedding themed programming – no invitation, no protocol, no flight across the pond necessary. The party kicks-off with Wedding Central’s first-ever original production “William & Kate: Wedding of the Century” on April 24 at 8 pm, et/pt, followed by a host of specials and series including: “Kate: The New Diana?,” a comparison of Kate and Diana’s public and private lives; the documentary, “Prince William”; “How to be a Princess,” where American contestants compete for a royal title; along with “How to Marry a Prince,” “Unforgettable Wedding Gowns” and “Royal Honeymoon Getaways.”

    Disgrace to the Royal Family.

And so, the self-promotion begins. What is this, the second post? Let's see how many more there are by the day's end.

I don't care how many hundreds of times you post about yourself "hosting" that LAME thing, I'm not going to watch. Your voice is too awful, your mannerisms too ridiculous, and your wardrobe too dreadful; I also find your self-promotion to DESPERATE. No. Not a chance in hell. EVER.

I didn't know that there even was a wedding channel???? How many shows can a channel have on that are about weddings????? I just don't get it. Why would they ask something like Perez to do this if in fact this is for real which I highly doubt. I also wonder why American ppl are so fasinated and interested in this "Royal" wedding anyways. Who really cares? Big deal.

Why does any American give two shits about any royal wedding? its not my king queen, prince or what ever.

Re: buggadaboo – As an American, I can say that I don't give a shit about this wedding. Most Americans could care less. It's nice that they're getting married and all, but let's face it- it's going to be a media circus. Those of us who don't care about it are going to get bombarded by it anyway.

Why? Do you just take any job that's offered, as long as there's a camera pointed at you? Clearly you do.
