Interesting. I knew that they came from a religious background, but wow. I don't think I could live in the Bible Belt. Crazy shit.

Re: Snarky404 – oh grow up. what are you 15?
i've been listening to KOL since 2003 and whenever i think i'm over them, i always go back. they're good guys.

I think its interesting that they still maintain a semblance of their faith (via prayer/worship songs)- I think a part of them still believes what they were taught, but they are living for today and not worrying about eternity anymore (like Caleb said, he doesn't think he'll die soon). I was raised in the bible belt, and I wouldn't say it's "crazy shit"- you have to have been raised in it to understand it though. I've listened to them live and they are truly talented. I just hope they don't go overboard with alcohol/drugs…I have a feeling that they are prone to addiction, and at the moment, they are addicted to their lifestyle. JMO

I really want to see this :) I don't think they can truly call themselves "Christians" though especially when they sing about "sex being on fire" but who am I to judge anyways only they can know their relationship with God.

ughhh i hate how people call them sell outs. artists are supposed to change, experiment, EVOLVE! though i absolutely love their old stuff and in most ways prefer it their new music is good as well. u cant expect a band to keep recreating the same music forever. most definitely gunna check out the documentary. lovin on KOL fo lyfe!

I think this is going to be really interesting!! Their lives are fascinating, I mean such a contrast between how they were raised and now. And i know they're a really close family so I think that plays a big part. Wow im really looking forward to this. And I hate when people say they're sell outs, what would be the point of a band having 5 albums that sound exactly the same?? You're supposed to change and progress, thats what make them such a good band. They are truly talented and amzing live!
