    the concert vibe here in the U.S. fcuking sucks…half of the crowd is too baked to actually enjoy the show, the other half are too busy checking their phones…no energy whatsoever….that's why american bands are blown away when they tour outside the U.S. and see the crowd singing and dancing to every song.

    Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam said in Argentina " You're too good to us, I don't know if we deserve it, just thank you so much. We were talking in the back, this has to be, as far as your voices and your energy… of all the years, this is the greatest audience we've ever played for…I mean no one sings the guitar parts for christs sake."

    Dave Matthews in Portugal "You're all alive here, Damn! what have we been missing!."

    I thought it was Slade from Housewives(barely know who he is) and he saw some cameras on some homeless so he tried to date one…..

    Another part of the reason is that Americans have been raised in a culture with a "too cool for you" attitude. You'll notice that people in other countries usually have a much more childlike mentality. Americans have been raised to be all tough and cool. Going crazy at a concert would be something childlike and vulnerable which Americans don't do. I don't know which one is right or wrong but I suppose for a band on stage the childlike people who go crazy is probably much more enjoyable.
