Oh shiz.

Rapper Game was detained in Canada on Wednesday and will be forced to stay there for 14 days.

Traveling to the country to perform several shows, the rapper was also planning on celebrating 4/20 (yes, really).

After waiting in customs for three hours, he was eventually denied entry.

He tweeted:

Customs officials just denied me entry into Canada. I’m sorry 2 ALL my fans but I was mislead by promoters & assured I would be able 2 enter

This just in: I’m being detained in Canada for 14 days until they process my inadmissability then I’ll have a hearing heard by a judge.

At that point the judge will decide to either deport me or give me a sentence for violating Canada’s immigrant entry laws.

F%cked up situation !!! But at least they let me call home, & tweet before they lock a n—a up !!! Gotta turn in my property, y’all be kool

Gotta give up my phone & property. This some straight bullsh-t ! Flew all the way from LA to be denied and detained ?!?! WTF.

Game blames his debut album, The Documentary, on why he can't get into the country, but he's also a convicted felon, soooooo, that could be why he's on their radar.

Why do U think Game is stuck in Canada?

Four 14 Days? So for 18 days?

  2. 2

    headline grammer check?

  3. 3

    BAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  4. 4

not surprising- most countries will not admit a convicted felon-why should they!
if he was a Canadian convicted felon going to the US- same thing would have happened
these guys need to learn that maybe in the rap world being a felon gives you street cred
but in the rest of the worls..it's NOT a good thing!

"Traveling to the country to celebrate perform several shows" makes no sense. fix ur sentences!!!

  6. 6

    Who?

  7. 7

Four 14 so that's like 56 days? No wonder he was angry. All he wanted to do was celebrate perform. Geez, Mario do you proofread at all?

I am starting to think all these gramatical errors are on purpose. EVERY SINGLE STORY has some problem how dumb can a person be. Just re-read it once, pls whoever is typing these stories up spend a extra 5 mins on it so it doesnt look like a 2nd grader wrote it.

not canada's fault, its ur peoples - handle them or u'll look like a dumbass, or someone whos stuck in a detention cell for 14 days

well perhaps his management staff should consult the laws concerning convicted felons entering another country. Canada is pretty relaxed but there has to be a line drawn somewhere.

    Re: Laura

It's no the fault of anyone in the United States. He was trying to enter Canada…the Canadian border. It's up to them to "protect" it or the individual (The Game) to not try when they know they're not welcome.

  12. 12

    isn't his name THE Game?

  13. 13

As a Canadian I would venture to say that instead of wasting our tax payer's money on this case - they should be more concerned with keeping the REAL criminals and illegal immigrants out of Canada!

  14. 14

It's because Canadians don't like criminals entering their country. The promoters are either idiots or they think they're miracle workers…Canada would never let a convicted felon in, even if he is "famous".

  15. 15

does his tattoo on his arm say beef?

  16. 16

Why the hell is he being detained?
Why not just send him home?
    This makes no sense.

Re: Angus8 – I figure there's more to this story than Game's giving up. Usually if you can't get in, they simply turn you around and you go back to where you came from.

  18. 18

His people are idiots. He's not the only rapper not allowed into Canada.

  19. 19

probably because he was trying to smuggle drugs into the country?
St. John's is gonna be pissssed!

  20. 20

Wasn't he 50 Cents bottom boy when he was cute???

  21. 21

    violating Canada’s immigrant entry laws?

That means he lied to Immigration when he entered. They wouldn't keep him in Canada if he was just being denied access due to his criminal past. They would have just turned him away. Something else is up.
