At least SOME good is coming out all of this!
Last week, we were impressed when we heard that Charlie Sheen was supporting a Bipolar Awareness walk.
Now, we're once again pleased with Charlie, because he's donated $5,880 to a "Calgary-based Organization for Bipolar Affective Disorders."
Here's what the organization's rep Kaj Korvela had to say about the donation:
"We're happy to receive the funds, and we'll use them to help people with serious chronic mental health issues and spread awareness about mental health."
Definitely a respectable move on Sheen's part, especially after some drama surrounding his Bipolar Awareness walk, where he wore a hat that read "I'M NOT BIPOLAR," which WASN'T a popular move with the "Bipolar Affective Disorders" organization.
Then again…it's the MaSheen! We suppose it's to be expected that he wouldn't do things by the book.
What do U think about Charlie Sheen's involvement with Bipolar awareness? Are U impressed?
