Like WOAH! Joey Lawrence Supports Donald Trump For President!

| Filed under: Wacky, Tacky & TruePolitikBarack ObamaDonald Trump

Joey Lawrence

Donald Trump's got at least ONE person in Hollywood who thinks he is a good candidate for the presidency.

Former Blossom hunk Joey Lawrence thinks the Trump's approach to governing would be new and effective, explaining:

"I think Donald is an interesting character. He's an amazing CEO, this is a business. This is a business, running this country is a business and it has not been run the last decade the right way, whether it's Republican or Democrat, so it's not really a party issue, it's more of a person issue. Somebody has to get in there and really hold people accountable."

The sitcom star actor hasn't been impressed with President Barack Obama's leadership since he began his term, saying:

"Obama was something fresh, and new, and people wanted to put their faith in his message of being different and 'change' and all this stuff two years ago, but that fell flat because he gets in there and it's pretty much the same old thing. I think everybody can agree on that, there's no real change."

We'd like to point out Rome wasn't built in a day and change takes time. Especially when you have to stop working to organize a press conference to defend your citizenship, more than two years into your presidential term.

Everyone's got an opinion and luckily for Donald Trump, Joey Lawrence's is in his favor. We're sure Joey will be a strong endorsement should Donald actually run for president.

Do U agree with Joey Lawrence or do U think Trump should stick to real estate and reality television?

Too bad Joey never made it to the wizard to get that brain.

  2. 2

Jeez Perez, the if the whole "birth cerificate" slowed Obama down then Barack must be the most incompetant president of all time.
Obama has showed nothing except his ability to be an engaging speaker.
In 2.5 years, he should have accomplished something, anything, just ONE thing he could hang his hat on… he's done nothing except increase his celebrity status for his post presidential entertainment business.

  3. 3

    im voting for trump!

  4. 4

I guess Joey doesn't really act whenever he plays his frequent and stereotypical stupid characters.

  5. 5

Joey's not a very smart voter, then. Businesses and governments have completely different objectives, so running a business does NOT make you a good government executive. To whit, a government exits to provide for the welfare, safety and common good of its citizens - NOT to return a profit to its shareholders.

And Donald Trump is both a racist pig and a man who inherited $100m from his Dad, and then proceeded to pretty much go bankrupt - twice - as a real estate 'magnate'.

    6

yeah except the birth certificate is FAKE and he has all the time in the world to go on the fucking oprah winfrey show.

  7. 7

Re: iloverickymartin – Ha! It appears that 'Whoa' is the smartest thing he ever said.

  8. 8

    Obama, the worst president EVER.

  9. 9

Talking about falling flat…What Happened to your career Joey Lawrence???? Sounds like someone is kissing ass and lobbying for a spot on Celebrity Apprentice….he is so cheesy and full of bunk!

  10. 10

He looks very gay, now, he is probably in the closet. Anyways, I always knew he was a bad actor and an idiot!

  11. 11

Talking about falling flat…What Happened to your career Joey Lawrence???? Sounds like someone is kissing ass and lobbying for a spot on Celebrity Apprentice….he is so cheesy and full of bunk! Stick to your day job.Oh ya, you don't have one.

  12. 12

    Woah! What an idiot!

  13. 13

WHATS UP WITH HIS FACE. LOL. sad.

  14. 14

Re: tellall – Actually, Obama inherited the worst situation ever. Not only that, but he has faced rabid opposition and racism that no other president has had to deal with. He may not be perfect, but Perez is right, change takes time.

  15. 15

Its about time someone in HOLLYWOOD spoke up for the right.
    .

  16. 16

    I agree with him 100%.

  17. 17

Exactly how time consuming is providing a copy of your birth certificate? It would take me two hours to find it, scan it and send it to CNN.

Obama has spent more time on vacation than he has spent dwelling on this birth certificate problem.

  18. 18

I don't agree with him but he has the right to vote for who he wants.

  19. 19

Re: rosebud99 – Did you know Obama in three years has run up the deficit the nearly the same amount as bush did in 8? That is a fact. So he is making a bad situation worse. Even liberals have to look at this fact.

  20. 20

I think Trump, and Joey, should go fuck themselves.

  21. 21

with credible endorsements from people like joey lawrence how can donald trump loose. He is clearly qualified to be president with 3-4 bankruptcies and 3 failed marriages and the morals of a feral cat . So He is more than qualified to give American advice and leadership.

  22. 22

After he cut off his hair & started losing his looks there was really no reason for him to be a celebrity….

  23. 23

trump is infinitely qualified to be president with 3-4 bankruptcies, 2-3 failed marriages and the moral & intelligence of a feral alley cat. So America should definitely elect him so he can kill off what george bush didn't. GO TRUMP!

  24. 24

Didn't Joey have to sell his home recently due to Blossom residuals ending?

  25. 25

Joey has that look George Micheal gets right before he enters a public men's restroom…

  26. 26

He looks like a wax statue of himself……. CREEPY!

  27. 27

Get your facts straight Joey. Trump, an amazing CEO?? His company has been bankrupt at least twice.

  28. 28

    Re: frrf – AMEN!

  29. 29

Re: New Jersey Dude – get rid of DADT, health care, the economy is slowly coming back and no longer defending DOMA.

  30. 30

OH YEAH JOEY LET'S ALL VOTE FOR TRUMP. HE SURE IS AN AMAZING BUSINESSMAN ISN'T HE? HE FUCKING FILED BANKRUPTCY FOUR OR FIVE TIMES. JOEY? I WAS GOING TO SAY YOU SHOULD STICK TO ACTING BUT YOU WEREN'T EVEN GOOD AT THAT. TRUMP IS A CARTOON AND YOU ARE AN IDIOT.

  31. 31

He also has on more makeup than a hooker and more botox than Nicole Kidman. Clearly his opinion is of value.

  32. 32

Running a business is NOT like running the country, not even a little bit. It's not even apples and oranges. More like apples and toilet seat covers.

  33. 33

I don't give one shit what any actor's opinion is of anything, nor should anyone else. I use my own brain and form my own opinions. It's sad to think that anyone cares or would take anything some actor said seriously, as the gospel truth. Give me a break. How assinine.

    USE YOUR OWN NOODLES PEOPLE.

  34. 34

Well that does it. If JOEY says vote for the Don. I'm in. ALL IN!
    ;-p

  35. 35

Uhh, "defending your citizenship" doesn't mean after 2.5 years you can't do a damn thing. The 'change' I'd like to see is a new president. Obama's 'solution' to high gas prices is to buy a fuel-efficient or battery-powered car. Ok, well, I just bought a fuel-efficient car and still can't afford it. If people can't afford gas, how does he expect them to buy a new car? Hmm…

    36

This tool probably wants to be cast on the apprentice. Too bad it will be cancelled.

  37. 37

    Re: AlexPoland
Sure, Health care????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? It's nothing, with a democratic congress he sould make any changes.
The Economy? How much are you paying for gas???
DODT? Come on… that's what you can say he did in 2.5 years?
You're a mess and Obama's stranglehold on the stupid people is even slipping.
I am sure that anyone with an average IQ will not vote for him, just the mentally challenged.

  38. 38

Joey is no fool, he isn't going to be hired or fired by Obama… only Trump would be able to provide a viable career option.

  39. 39

so yeah. i voted for mccain. i was never a big fan of obama. but in all honesty, he hasn't screwed up anymore than any other president has. fact of the matter is, when it comes to being president of a country where no one is ever satisfied, whoever is in office is always going to be damned if they do and damned if they don't. and it seems to me that most people who actually comment on this kind of stuff don't seem to realize that this country is not run by a dictator. one person does not get to make all the decisions in this country. everyone blames obama for all our problems (and have done the same thing for all past presidents), but they seem to forget there are a whole lot of other people who play major roles in the decision making for this country. it's not a one man show. yes, obama's presidency has been disappointing and hasn't produced that many results about anything. but you can't blame just him. blame all the other idiots running around out there in dc that are supposed to be part of making all these great changes for our country. i'm sick of this man getting all the slack, especially from idiots like donald trump and joey lawerence (and really, what the hell did he do besides play the stupid brother on blossom??).

  40. 40

"We'd like to point out Rome wasn't built in a day and change takes time. Especially when you have to stop working to organize a press conference to defend your citizenship." Uhm because a press conference takes so much time? What about his Oprah appearance? All in a days work? Right….Obama is more interested in the celebrity of being a President than actually being a President & it's very apparent. I don't support Trump but I definitely want Obama OUT for good!

  41. 41

Donald Trump is absolutely ridiculous. I would NEVER vote for him. STICK TO REAL ESTATE AND CELEBRITY REALITY SHOWS…

  42. 42

I think Trump should produce the birth certificate for that thing growing on his head.

  43. 43

Re: UseyourBrainspeople – Could YOU use YOUR brain please? A long form birth certificate is harder to get. Some states do not even issue them. When you think about it, why is this the ONLY President that was ever bullied into producing his long form birth certificate? If you do some research, you will find that whites used documentation to keep early African Americans from voting. They were also arrested and beaten if they could not produce the correct papers upon request from authorities at ANY time. This whole situation smacks of racism and anyone with an IQ above 70 can figure that out. Perhaps if you watched something besides Fox news or even actually picked up a book, you would learn something.

  44. 44

I have a few things to say about this.

    1. Donald Trump has taken more than one company into bankruptcy — even if this was a business, is that really who you want running it?
    2. It's not a business because decisions do not impact the bottom line, they impact peoples lives.
    3. Obama wanted to see change, but before that can be done, he has to clean up the disaster that our last retarded president left behind.

  45. 45

trump the chump has make a complete idiot outta himself and now no one will take him seriously……if a moron like this ever became prez, i could see him starting the third world war over oil……we just cant have a complete asshole for prez, the world will hate us even more.

  46. 46

    Douche attracts douche.

  47. 47

Re: brainsnbeauty – I don't know if you realize this, but the President is not responsible for fuel prices. We live in a free market society. If you have a problem with gas prices, take it up with the oil companies. When gas prices first approached 4 dollars a gallon, I gave my car to charity and now bike where I need to go. Is it hard sometimes? Yes. However, it is definitely worth it with my increased health and cost savings. You are a consumer. If you do not like the cost of something, give it up. Do not blame our President because you cannot solve your own financial problems. As a consumer, that is up to you.

  48. 48

    Ugly hairdo supports ugly hairdo!!

  49. 49

We need someone like Trump to get us out of this mess we are in. Many people are broke and unemployed. China is ripping is of and then charging us interest on the money WE lend them.
Obama tried but he is just not qualified enough, he is young and he has simply not done enough.

My whole family is going to be voting for Trump and trust me that's a hell of a lot of people.
P.S many celebs support Donald but they are not out there screaming about it.
I would like for u, Perez to be a little kinder and not only post the negative stuff about Trump running but also to realize that he is the ONLY ONE who was able to sort out the whole "Birther" issue, untill now Obama has not shown us the birth certificate.

  50. 50

I actually agree with him :/

  51. 51

well first of all…. Donald Trum is not a REAL business man…. he is a reality star….. that attaches his name to projects…. that really has nothing to do with running a business….. so.. um… well…. joey…. I think you had your face stretched too tight….. loosen it up a bit….. your not getting much oxogen to your brain anymore

  52. 52

    This fool.

  53. 53

Okay, now I KNOW Perez is delusional. "Stop work"? What work did he stop? His trip to Chicago to appear on Oprah? His weekly Wednesday night celebrity parties? His basketball or golf games? His fundraisers?

You need to read a newspaper or watch the news once in a while, Perez. If you had any idea what is going on in America and with the president, you might not make so many idiotic comments. But, then, you might because you've obviously drank quite a bit of the Obama Kool-Aid.

The president should have released his birth certificate three years ago when the Clintons brought it up. That would have stopped the "silliness" then. (Why the coverup?)

Anybody who thinks the president is doing a good job is either naive, ignorant, stupid, or insane–or all of the above.

  54. 54

    Re: rosebud99
    LOL! You're kidding right?
Yes, he inherited a terrible situation, but instead of making it better, he's made it MUCH worse. Not only has he TRIPLED the deficit, but he's gotten us into a THIRD war! (Can't blame that on Bush!)
And opposition? From who? The press slobbers all over him like a St. Bernard. He has been the most protected president of the modern world. The press gives him a pass on nearly everything. Very few journalists are doing their jobs. (If I had a dollar for every time I've said, "If George Bush did/said [what Obama just did], the press would crucify him.")
And regarding the so-called racism…that's ridiculous. People hate his policies, not the color of his skin. But that's always a good retort when you can't defend his policies.
Why not think compare what he SAYS with what he DOES and then have an informed opinion? What he says and what he does are two completely different things. He is the biggest flip-flopper of all time too.

  55. 55

Never really liked Joey.. but kinda do now.. :) Definitely voting for trump! Who cares if hollywood doesn't like Trump!!!

  56. 56

WOAH!!!! Hes just proved he is a complete tool dumb shit

  57. 57

Re: New Jersey Dude – Your so stupid… How about he passed health care law that give poor sick children a chance to live.

  58. 58

Re: JaeJae879 – What third war do you speak of? Libya? Not su much but keep trying. Those debt numbers… You better redo your math sonny. Bush put us under 85% of that debt with a failed drug prescription plan, and those nice fat tax breaks for the richest 1% and the two failed wars he put us in.

Thanks for playing, please tip your waitress

  59. 59

Never been a big Trump fan but I would DEFINITELY

  60. 60

Re: Bushwack – yes its about time someone in hollwood stands up for the right is right

  61. 61

Really some of you are actually serious about voting for Trump? Let me see…he dumped his first wife as soon as she started to show signs of aging, he's filed for bankruptcy THREE TIMES, oh and he keeps bashing China in the media but guess where his Trump clothing line is made? IN CHINA!

Come on people get informed! It's one thing to disagree with the President but to even think about voting for someone who is a complete lunatic - it's maddening and a clear sign that it's not safe to drink the tap water here.

  62. 62

Re: AlexPoland – DADT was created by Clinton, the healthcare plan is a joke that will never go into effect, and the economy recovers on it's own in a cyclical system as it always has. Obama = nothing. Try again.

  63. 63

I guess we found one person who would sign up for to be the next Loser… I mean Celebrity Apprentice.
And Donald Trump is not that great a business man. He's filed for bankruptcy 4 TIMES!!!
Shut up Joey and go shave your head. Don't you have some botox injections to get, I see those crowsfeet… not that it will really affects your ratings. That's all you.

  64. 64

    Re: JerryLarry
Um, here's a word from the Huffington Post, not what you would call a conservative rag:
"Since taking office President Obama has left U.S. troops in Iraq and expanded the war in Afghanistan. Now he has taken America into its third war in a Muslim nation within a decade — to promote "global peace and security," he claimed, the usual justification used by presidents to enter conflicts which serve neither. President Obama obviously has found his inner Neocon and joined Washington's RepubliCrat Party."

And you're right, I "misspoke" in my math about the deficit. Here are the real numbers (from NPR's website):
When President Obama took office two years ago, the national debt stood at $10.626 trillion. As of January 2011 it stands at $14.071 trillion — a staggering increase of $3.445 trillion in just 735 days (about $5 billion a day). To put that into perspective, when President George W. Bush took office, our national debt was $5.768 trillion. By the time Bush left office, it had nearly doubled, to $10.626 trillion. So Bush's record on deficit spending was not good at all: During his presidency, the national debt rose by an average of $607 billion a year. How does that compare to Obama? During Obama's presidency to date, the national debt has risen by an average of $1.723 trillion a year — or by a jaw-dropping $1.116 trillion more, per year, than it rose even under Bush.

So you can tip ME now, you brainwashed kook.

  65. 65

    Re: rosebud99 – LOL !

  66. 66

Go Joey. So sick of these politicians who don't put their money where their mouth is. I am glad Trump is stirring up the pot.

  67. 67

Re: New Jersey Dude – Agreed!

  68. 68

    Re: JerryLarry
Jerry, first LEARN TO SPELL BEFORE you call someone stupid.
You look like a complete idiot.
Second, THE LAW HAS ALWAYS not changed for the same kids YOU THINK didn't have coveragew before.
Jerry, you are just plain uneducated. read a book.

  69. 69

rome wasn't built in a day? typical excuse when someone is failing. He's the PRESIDENT. he can do whatever he wants especially since Bush ok dictatorial rule a long time ago. Clinton gave ALL poor people free healthcare in a year and got the dficit the lowest it's ever been.

Obama has failed in a major way.

Trump would be a death sentence to this country as we would have no choice but to vote obama another 4 years to sit on his duff and watch basketball or whatever he does. He has done the least of any president yet
