William And Kate To Honor Princess Diana At Royal Wedding

princess diana to be honored at royal wedding

Such a nice gesture!

Prince William and Kate Middleton plan to honor Princess Diana at the royal wedding by scheduling the first hymn sung to be Guide Me, O Thou Great Redeemer, which was the final hymn at Diana's funeral.

The hymn was also played during a memorial service for the tenth anniversary of Princess Diana's tragic death, making it a particularly significant tribute piece.

So sad that Diana couldn't be there for William's big day, but we think it's lovely how they plan to honor her at the ceremony.

P.S. Be sure to watch Perez as he hosts with Nene Leakes "Will + Kate Forever," the only royal wedding special worth seeing, airing Friday, April 29th at 7pm/6c on Wedding Central and also at 9pm/8c on WE tv.

    Mario:
    1) You are NOT BRITISH.
    2) The Royal Family has more blood on their hands than any other regime in HISTORY.
    3) The Royal Family are the largest land owners in the world.
    4) The Royal Family has more wealth than all British taxpayers combined, yet the taxpayers are footing the bill for this $100 million ceremony.
    5) We all know you're being paid to promote this shit for your show, but FUCK OFF.
    6) I honestly hope you die.

In closing, Fuck Off you idiot. No one should be celebrating the wedding of these two clowns. No one. The Royal Family has done nothing but oppress and dominate the people of earth for centuries. Fuck Off.

Not so sure I would start off a wedding on a somber note. I appreciate the fact that he is paying respects to his mother - but the wedding is not about him or her, it is about new beginnings for him and Kate. If anything, I would put the hymn at the end or request it on the first day they attend church together.

Playing that song for Diana? Awesome. However, it's a HUGE slap in her posthumous face to play 3 songs from the wedding of Charles and Camilla. Can't she get away from that nasty bitch even in death???

Such a nice idea. Too bad Perez feels it appropriate to advertise his dumb ass special on TV right underneath. You should be ashamed, you selfish, self promoting jerkoff.

Nothing you host and nothing you're on is worth watching. You're too much of a flamer with an annoying voice to add insult to injury. Nobody likes you, Perez. So please hang it up.

They should crash a car into the wedding reception..

    1. You're not British either.
    2. What blood does THIS Royal Family who are alive today have on its hands?
Are YOU responsible for the actions of all of your familial ancestors?
    3. If true, can't argue that one. Do you resent everybody that owns more
than you've maybe managed to do?
    4. See number 3, and repeat, on the wealth thing. No, the taxpayers do not
pay for the wedding. They pay security costs, which will be subtantial.
The dollars the Royals bring to the U.K. in tourism alone dwarfs the cost of
Royal security. For the $ breakdown, see Sott.net, search Flashback: The
Royal Wedding: Who Pays The Bill. Educate yourself.
    5. What do you have against Perez earning a living for himself and staying off
the public welfare roles? No wonder you're against 3) and 4).
    6. You're hoping someone dies? Really? Enough said.

Re: Mario_Sucks.com – In closing, I totally respect your right to hold your own opinion. Verbally attacking the owner of the blog you're actually typing on to 'eff off' and further, an 'idiot' doesn't seem whacko to you? Calling Will and Kate, who are kind, charitable and educated 'clowns' says more about you than about them.
The Royal Family has represented the U.K. for centuries, and you've forgotten to list the long list of pluses regarding how they've served to help the U.K. over history. There are two sides to every tale. Today's Royals are not the Royals of yester year. The Queen is the leader of the Commonwealth, no small job. Go watch her speech to the U.N. New York 2010 on youtube. Lastly, a good argument isn't telling someone to 'eff off.' It just shows an angry person. There's always someone who wants to spoil a lovely occasion. Half full, or half empty? Look for the half full. You'll enjoy life a lot more.

Makes me sick to know that his ugly, wrinkled hag of a step-mother will be there in place of his beautiful mother. Life sure isn't fare.

I feel so sappy but whenever I'm reminder of her death, I totally start tearing up…She was something VERY special.
