It's official! Osama Bin Laden's death has been confirmed.

President Barack Obama is said to address the nation shortly.

UPDATE: Reports are stating the United States has possession of Osama's body.

Hundreds are gathering outside the gates of the White House chanting, "USA, USA!"

President Obama began his speech by stating:

"Tonight I can report to the American people and to the world that the United States has conducted an operation that has killed Osama bin Laden, the leader of al Qaeda."

Obama confirmed Bin Laden was killed at a compound in Northern Pakistan after a firefight with US forces.

Good work Obama and the troops. While I do not believe the PR campaign or the fact that 'Bin Laden' really matters at this point….I do believe that this will and should bring some kind of closure to the families if 9-11. On a personal note, I hope the families of Cantor Fitzgerald, floors 102-105, north tower, find some kind of redemption or peace with themselves. This is for you. They identified him, took some dna, it proved to be a match and buried him at sea. Why? Because it's probably a smart move as it shows respect to the Muslim community (so NOT to Bin Laden or Al-Qaeda or other extremists, but to the community as a whole) which could very well improve political ties and, in contrast to Saddam's grave, followers can not visit it and turn it into a holy burial site.

I will admit I am ignorant when it comes to some political issues because I don't truly know what to believe- but those political issues I do understand, I am of course opinionated on that. One thing I do know is that people constantly blame Barack for America's problems….American's are entitled and lazy!! So many people (OF ALL RACES) are content with sitting back and collecting unemployment checks. (PS I am American) one of my friends has been on unemployment for a year & she doesn’t do shit but drink & party every night- dropped out of “beauty school” and is just a leach and I’m sure there are so many cases like this. American’s always expect someone else to clean up our problems and bitch and complain all the damn time about every little issue. It takes time to rebuild an economy, and decisions are not handled solely by Obama, so rethink whose elected into congress and the senate as well.

Osama Bin Laden is obviously not dead. It's too coincidental that it happened at this time - 10 years later after Bushes speech and when Obama needs re-election. If Osama is dead, he died 10 years ago most likely due to health reasons. You can check out more proof at www.osamabinladendead2011.com
