chelsea clinton talks gay marriage

This is fantastic!

On Tuesday night, Chelsea Clinton and hubby Marc Mezvinsky attended a Friendfactor benefit in NYC, where they spoke up on behalf of gay marriage.

Here's what Chelsea had to say in support of marriage equality while at the event:

"I am proud to be here to support [Friendfactor founder Brian Elliot]. I certainly believe that all of my friends, as Marc and I did, should have the right to marry their best friends."

"I certainly believe that those of us who are straight cannot expect our gay friends to do this on their own. And I certainly expect our straight friends to help us achieve that for all New Yorkers, for all Americans, and for all the children that at least Marc and I hope to have someday."

And for those who are unaware of Friendfactor, here's a description of their organization as written on their website:

Friendfactor is pioneering a new model of online organizing that will bring new supporters to the gay* rights movement. The online platform has the power to reach millions of friends.

What a wonderful cause! Thank you for coming out and showing your support, Chelsea and Marc!

So happy to see Chelsea giving relationship advice, especially after her her parents threatened Marc with the Vince Foster treatment if he didn't return to Chelsea's honeymoon nest. You can barely see the lobotomy scars on the poor fellow.

Yeah what a wonderful cause , you'd think that a female would show some support to some other women who are victims of abuse or are struggling with their careers etc but no, it seems to be a gay supporter is the thing to be these days.

Nice of her to support her BIG DYKE of a mother! I'm sure Hillary and her girlfriend want to make it legal someday!

Marc is going bald, he needs to accept it and stop the greasy looking comb over. Is he getting hair tips from Donald Trump?

Shouldn't she be focused on her own failing marriage?

She shouldn't even be considering kids with this immature frat-boy "husband" of hers.

Hey Perez, thanks so much for the shout out! The day after Chelsea came out in support of the cause, so did Bill Clinton! Many thanks from the folks here at Friendfactor!
