LiLo Won't Be Going To Court Tomorrow
Don't worry, the hearing is still a go. Someone has just decided she won't be showing up. But, she will be pleading no contest, just as she intended.
Lindsay Lohan has decided that she's going to skip all the fun in court tomorrow and let her lawyer, Shawn Holley, put in her no contest plea for her.
She'd like to show up … but really, why should she? The place is going to be a circus and circuses are expensive, with extra cops and disruptions and such. Besides, if she stays home, she'll get a head start on her sentencing. Oh, haven't you heard? Lindsay might not be heading back to prison at all! As it stands, its looking very good that she'll be able to opt for a "house arrest" situation, in which she'll wear an ankle monitor at home for her 120 day sentence.
But remember - if she does what she's told, then she'll serve a measly 14 days, getting the rest off for good behavior!
You're extremely lucky, Lindsay! Use it well!
