No More Jail Time For La Lohan!

| Filed under: Lindsay LohanLegal Matters

It's (almost) official!

Lindsay Lohan has once again slithered out of serious trouble!

HOW does she do it?! LOLz!

The formerly hard-pAArtying actress' lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, reportedly met with Judge Stephanie Sautner and the City Attorney yesterday, and according to sources, gurl will NOT be sentenced to any additional jail time over the 120 days she has already received for violating her probation, so long as she pleads no contest to misdemeanor theft!

Furthermore, she's expected to be serving her sentence at home, with an electronic monitoring device!

We won't know for sure until tomorrow's hearing - and as we've reported, La Lohan won't even BE there for it - but we think that gurl should be thanking her insanely lucky stars that she'll be out of this mess completely, and relatively unscathed, might we add!

Hopefully THIS will be the last of these situations for her.

Arghhhhhhhh!!!!!Mario you ratbastard.Where is that little Dong Connery?

  4. 4

She just can't stay out of trouble…I don't want to put a jacket on anybody back, but she will do something stupid again just because she KNOW she won't get any hard time!!!

  5. 5

Mario your ratbastard site is so slow I'm falling asleep.

Who cares about the jail time. That's nothing because she wouldn't serve much anyway. I want to here what her probation requirements are going to be and for how long.

  7. 7

So, 84 days at home with an electronic monitoring device that detects alcohol use? If they also randomly drug test, that would be a better punishment than 14 days in the pokey. Who thinks she can go 84 days without drinking? (They reduce the 120 days by 36 for "good behavior" apparently.)

Mario how many burritos can you fit in yo ass?

With all the probation and community service she has to do, I'm starting to think she would have been better off just taking the jail time and getting it over with. Lindsay doesn't do well on probation! 84 days at home will interfere with any jobs she might have lined up! This isn't going to end well.

Such bullshit. I hate this bitch.

  11. 11

She just needs to go away. I never thought she was all that talented anyways.

  12. 12

    Where is Letty B?

  13. 13

it wont be long before she fucks up again she hasn't learned a thing the spoil brat.

  14. 14

Technically she's never stayed in jail so I guess it doesn't matter.

  15. 15

she should go to a real prison and do her damn time-no "overcrowding" or "good behavior" bullshit. what's the fucking point of the judges always giving her a specified sentence if they're gonna let her crawl out of it anyway? she should be kissing the court's ass because a regular, average person would have been put behind bars for YEARS…and i can guarantee the "overcrowding" card wouldn't have been an option for THEM….

agree with those that say staying sober for 84 days is worse for her than 14 in the clink. but also agree with those who believe she won't learn a lesson, and f up again. poor girl has no one in her life that really cares about her.

  17. 17

this is the reason why she is so hated. Her inability to do the time every time she does the crime. She has skirted out of every infraction she has been arrested for. You would earn the respect of everyone around you if you just stopped your prima donna whining and accepted the consequences of your actions. How could ANYBODY learn a lesson when all they get is a scolding. I just dont understand how being confined in a luxury home with all and every amenity at your disposal. She may not be able to go out, but she sure as hell can have visitors when ever she wants for however she wants. IF she was back here on Long Island where she and her fucked up family grew up and still reside, her ass would be behind bars! Case Closed! California… you are the legal laughing stock of this country!

Allow myself to educate you morons! Pleading "No Contest" means exactly just that. It is not an omission of guilt. That will be pleading 'guilty' which she is not doing.

  19. 19

I think the sentences that are being handed down to her have more to do with the fact she is a well spoken, pretty, young, white women. This demographic tends to kind of get out of "trouble" often. If she slips up again though, I think her luck will run out.

  20. 20

    this girl is so annoying..
She will violate her probation for sure
her career has been done she is just a sad has been tabloid feeder

  21. 21

Complete and utter bullshit. When will the law finally start treating people equally… in fact, no, when will they finally give celebrities what they deserve so they realize they can't do whatever they want and get away with it. Unbelievable.

OK, it was a necklace. 84 days at home is substantial for a necklace. As long as she drug tests and doesn't DUI putting others at risk, house arrest seems like plenty if she actually respects it. The problem that people perceive here is a two tiered justice system, and with all of her many offenses, that's exactly what this looks like, while elsewhere in America, another young guy gets LIFE for a pot offense.

proving again that if your rich you can get away with anything
