Lindsay Lohan Likely To Receive 120 14 Days In Jail On House Arrest!

| Filed under: Lindsay LohanLegal Matters

Lindsay Lohan sweet

This gurl is LUCKY!

Earlier we reported that Lindsay Lohan is basically in the clear of any jail time ON TOP of her 120 days already sentenced AND she would most likely be serving her sentence at home on house arrest.

Now, the L.A. County Sheriff's office says that the actress is eligable for early release, EVEN if she serves her prison sentence at home!

How early? Only by about…106 days!

Yeap. It's being predicted that she'll only serve about 14 days of her 120 day prison sentence AT HOME with an electronic monitoring device around her ankle.

If we could have one superpower, it would be to have La Lohan's uncanny ability to get out of trouble! LOLz!

Let's hope she never has to use her power ever again!

One name…Barbara Payton. On the other hand, LL would have been outclassed by Ms. Payton.

I wonder if California realizes that everyone in America thinks their state is a joke.

You should really learn to spell.
    The word is "eligible".
    Thank you.

Every aspect of of Lindsays many legal problems have become unbelievable. Shawn Holly has made a three ring circus out of the Cal. legal system. Why even have a legal system if she can go into the judges chambers when ever she wants and cut one deal after another. Multiple violations of probation is serious stuff. How can they continue to give Trollhan a slap on the wrist time and time again? 14 days of house arrest ???Are they serious ????Lindsay is a repeat offender. Two DUI's whithin a year with cocaine possesion should have landed her in jail for quite awhile. The whole "overcrowding" thing is just unbelievable. I wonder what the thousands of inmates in california, who are doing every minute of their sentences are thinking. These under the table deals that Holly keeps making are such a slap in the face to society. Well, I guess this is the kind of treatment a mega star like Lindsay deserves. After all, her "work" is so relavent.

so tough !! I'll bet she really learns her lesson now, 14 days… WoW !!! OMG !!!!!

I think the general public is tired of this girl and her antics. She's no longer known for her acting but for her tabloid exploits.

Prison would do her no good at all! I am already liking the changes I am seeing in Lindsay-she now is smiling all the time and seems to have "gotten" it. Will there be relapses? Likely as that is the nature of addictions in general, but she does seem better.

    Disgusting!

Yeah, she's lucky all right. Lucky she's a Hollywood person, whom we all know are totally above the law. Everyone and their dog knew she'd get off yet yet yet yet again. All she has to say is that the black kid did it and those aren't my pants and it's just like a Get Out of Jail Free card.

  11. 11

Whatever happened the the car jacking charge when she was all coked out, chasing her "assistant", and when caught, blamed it on "The black kid"?

  12. 12

thats lame. i do 2weeks house arrest everytime i have big exams. she will just be chilling.

  13. 13

no pain no gain. poor girl seems to have serious mental issues tht i'm not sure would be improved even if she did 120 days in jail.

WTF dude?!?! I mean where is the justice?!?! She better at least be getting a strike or something?!!? I mean I would love to hear the numbers for the average amount of time given to criminals of her calibre. And she is exactly that… a CRIMINAL, but not as criminal as the system that is ONCE AGAIN letting her get away with it.
To anyone who is serving a longer sentence for a similar/lesser crime in LA, the state of California owes you some money and time!

  15. 15

    good for her!

  16. 16

How the fuck is this even possible? You have no overcrowding in your own house and its harder to get in trouble when you are contained. She should rot in her house for the full sentence but no, our country likes sending people to jail for stupid shit while she gets off scott free. I am sure if any normal people were caught with a serious drug, we'd be in jail..and that would be just a serious drug. I am pretty sure if the first offense stuck, she would not be committing all of these other crimes. She knows now she can get away with anything. What a joke.

  17. 17

…When she o.d.'s, then maybe the justice system will learn a lesson……..
