Michael Moore To Be A Contributor On Olbermann's New Countdown TV Show

Oooh! Controversial!

Keith Olbermann has asked Michael Moore to act as a contributor on his upcoming new show for Current TV. It isn't such a big surprise since Michael was a frequent guest on Olbermann’s MSNBC show, but considering Michael's recent criticism of the Obama administration's decision to kill Osama bin Laden, his appearance might generate a more negative reaction than Keith would've liked for the show just starting out.

But Michael isn't the only contributor to the show. Additionally, Keith has asked comedian Richard Lewis documentary filmmaker Ken Burns, Daily Kos founder Markos Moulitsas and Nicole D. Lamoureux, executive director of the National Association Of Free Clinics, to be regular contributors to the new Countdown.

Don't think they'll stir the pot as much as Michael, but we shall see!

Thoughts on Keith's decision to include Michael on his panel???

What's he trying to do: get people NOT to watch this show? Let's remember this - on his other show he had super shitty ratings - I predict the same for the new show.

It is people like Moore and Olberman who are out to destroy this country and, like Obama, are out to divide this country by race, class, and sex. The Democrats are just a bunch of special interest groups who care only about their own group - gays only care about gay issues, latinos only care about turning this country into another Mexico, unions only care about what they can get. What happened to the Democratic party?

Sounds absolutely BRILLIANT. These are the good guys people… We need voices like these guys out there. Bravo.

EXCELLENT!!! Michael always makes me think about things from a different perspective.

it will be so nice to see a new program with facts instead of the bullshit propaganda most stations try to shove down our throats.

    Yes, that's the ticket.
Bring these jerks on tv, front and center.
The Libs lose votes every time they shoot their mouths off.
Nothing but a bunch of Red Diaper Doper Babies.

Re: AttFinch – A new program with facts? Wow, really? Michael Moore is an America hating liberal who is the KING of propaganda.

These two should run for president and vice president.

American needs them but not before Pres. Obama has served another term.

Let me guess the theme…..Big government good…..business bad…democrats good….republicans bad…..No need to watch their show now.

One tasteless blowhard wanting an even bigger tasteless blowhard to join him in the endless sport of blowing smoke up the bum of all the kool aid drinkers. In other words A Must Miss Circus Freak Show.

I say only 3 people will watch the show so he can have on anyone he wants.

As an overseas reader with American relatives I think Michael Moore is one of the few people with a decent critical view on the States and society. I find my American family (tho i love them to death) very naive and gullible when it comes to homeland politics and society and I am often shocked by the lack of information and misinformation they get from their government and the media. Most Europeans love Michael Moore, not because we agree with everything he says but because he is a critical person that tries to inform his people. More people should try to think for themselves and do some research, keeping in mind who's the source providing the information..

2 liberal idiots that deserve each other.

I think Michael Moore would be a great addition to the program. He speaks what he knows - unlike Republicans, Democrats can accept constructive criticism - you don't have to be a cult follower like the Republican party.
