As an Italian who married an American and moved here, I have spent my whole life trying to convince friends back home that Americans aren't as dumb as popular belief dictates.

Then the Jersey Shore retards took a plane to Florence….

I can't wait to see them get arrested. The caribinieri are not known for being nice to "tough guys" like these meatheads.

no news is bad news.. the important thing is that people are talking about the Jersey Shore, creating much anticipation and expectations on season 4.As for me, I wish these guys to enjoy their stay in Italy: they're young and if they get a chance to have a blast, they'll take it.. Who wouldn't? Being italian, when I go the the States I know I'll find some jerk who will point me out as the Mafia Girl (or something like that). As bad as a comment like that can be, I don't even consider it: I go around, enjoy the people, the places, and have a great time. They should do the same.

It's absolutely idiotic to take this crew to a foreign country. It's bad enough that we have to endure them here in the U.S. They are an embarrassment to any culture, particularly ours. They will be lucky to make it through without getting arrested. It will be interesting to see what happens the first time the situation screws a girl there and then sends her on her way. Her parents will be there the next day to shoot his ass. There aren't as many fame whores over there who will sleep with someone just to get the chance to be on TV for a few seconds. As an American, I'm embarrassed by them and hate that people there will think that they represent young America today.
