Justin Bieber Visits Kids In Japan, Tells Them It Will Get Better

justin bieber visits kids in japan to show support

The Biebs continues to impress us with his involvement in Japan!

Earlier this month, we were VERY pleased to learn that Justin Bieber was going to continue his Japan tour, despite his crew reportedly flat-out refusing to participate out of fear of nuclear radiation and future earthquakes.

Now, Justin is leaving a positive mark on Japan in another way - by visiting Japanese children and reassuring them that things will be all right.

Here's what he said to a group of Japanese children, many of whom were affected by the March 11 tsunami:

"Things can get better and things will get better. There are only good times to come."

And here's what one child said to Justin, reading from a card that the group wrote to him:

"We have friends who lost their family and their homes, some have left our school. The town is covered with wreckage and it will take a long time to get back to normal. But we will work hard for this. Please give us courage through your music."

Truly heartwarming! We think it's wonderful that Justin took the time to meet with these children and show them support, especially since they clearly look up to him so much!

Thanks for being an inspiration, Justin! We're very impressed!

I learned in my Health Science class that saying "It will get better" is one of the things you SHOULDN'T say to someone suffering through loss. Why? Because no one knows if things will get better for anyone. People really say it without thinking of the consequences… They should really get a new slogan.

Puke. This It Gets Better campaign has gotten old and tiresome. False sentiment at it's worst. No wonder you jumped on the bandwagon.

Oh how inspirational, how does this little gay bastard know that another quake won't hit tomorrow.

This kid is clearly living in the clouds and hungry for more fame and attention. He is too stupid to understand how horrible the effects of radiation poisoning are (in other words, his employees are not just some ignorant misers), and clearly knows nothing about facing hardship. Until he visits some victims of radiation poisoning at the very least, I can't take this young brat seriously.

Justin Bieber: "What does Japanese mean? We don't use that word in America."

Yes, it will get better. For him. He gets to leave.

Geeze, God forbid he try to do something nice. Yes, maybe he's not saying the best thing, but he's not a trained professional. He's just someone trying to make those kids who have been through hell feel happier. And, ughhh, now you guys made me defend Justin Bieber.

you people are very ignorant, at least hes trying to make a difference . these children have been through so much, and im sure it meant alot to them that justin came to show his love and support. (its not all about fame and money!!) he's only a kid, god forbid he doesn't know the exact way to phrase things!! but this is very sweet of you justin, keep it up! im sure you made some children who have had it very rough, very happy :)

Re: evanascent – He has to walk up to the melted reactor for you to take him seriously? Pullease. You have no idea he does and doesn't know about this situation; but my bet is he knows more than you as he has hundreds of people taking care of him and his interests. Plus I notice that he's there, and you likely aren't.

Hmm…I'm surprised he didn't say something like "Well kids, everything happens for a reason," like he did about rape. Hardy har har har.

That huge verbal mistake aside, that's nice of him to go visit kids that look up to him. It really doesn't matter his intentions because it meant something to his fans, so who cares what he said..I'm sure the 8-12 year olds he was talking to aren't really into psychoanalysis yet.

Likee serisoslee why do people talk shit noone sees your ass going to Japan and trying to make people feel better serislee get off your highhorse get the dick out your asses and stop judging him.

He could just stay sitting on his ass. Give him some credit for going. If you all are so much better than him why don't you go over there and give some "true" sentiments. I can't believe you are all hating on a kid.
